In the recent episode of "Sundar's 30 lakh scam", Jethalal calls up some people in A'bad to know the whereabouts of Sundar.
Amongst them, one was the real-life dad (Bhim Vakani) of Daya and Sundar.
He was in the clip talking from a bridge, just before Jetha called the Seth (who was sipping tea and talked about how he wanted to get his daughter married to Sundar).
I recognized him because he has appeared in many serials on DD-Gujarati in the past.
