well as you might have noticed rano was the meek one....i donot think she would have informed her sister whats happening...

tej has been shown arrogant and believe me i have a brother too and he too would engage in a verbal feud with a person he feels is responsible for his sisters happiness...

if you want to justify maan you can....but it will be partial....because then maan was wrong for misbehaving with daarji and geet....not with brij i agree....

lastly...its a soap....if everything is derived from reality no one would watch....we can question everything that ways...be it how can a rich guy fall for his secretary or how many people fall in the arms of a stranger and stare for like 10 mins...hose are things we like to watch and thats why donot touch upon....

but at the end it is SOAP which is presently doing well(note i mean this week) by introducing characters who can act well, look good and add spice to the story 😊
