Veena Malik what she says makes sense. We should see the goodness in a person.[/DIV]
Passing judgement before knowing facts is dangerous. We should not criticize others and dwell on the past.
But should we not call a spade a spade?
Are women in society measured by a different yardstick?
Anyway who are we to judge? Prejudices occur in all religions and societies.
But in life there must be a code of conduct too, but after a while there is degeneration and religion is used for political purposes.

Well, sir - I feel there are different dimensions to this lady's character. Various aspects, on the basis of which people over here and across the border perceive her.

I'd watched this interview before too. Sometime when it aired on AajTak. This lady has been through enough and has seen enough in life, but somewhere down the line - everybody knows she's not a very great subject to talk about because many like her have been accused on the same grounds but nothing happens.

Viewers are subjected to the footage they see on TV or the quoted, 'twisted and turned' comments of the celebs in the newspapers - we cannot be sure unless there's something much more concrete. And anyhow, making money is something different, I see than making news which she did in India. And I wouldn't like to believe, she dint do that on purpose.

She is a confident lady, it seems. And she's right when she says that she is not the reason why Pakistan is object to insult and shame and all of that. Islam, I know nothing of - but that is a land of double standards, derogatory men.

Yes hypocrisy is everywhere and all of us have faults. Admire her guts. She is no pushover either.
Does not mean we go around quarreling but in order to ensure justice and fairness prevails all should be allowed to express their views.
As society progresses should not redundant prejudices be removed? But then who can decide ?
I think in our own hearts we know what is right but often the ego and greed gets in the way of our judgement.

Ok I didnot get the whole point of this post. But i would like to say that its very easy to judge other people and call names especially when you know nothing about them. And before poiting fingers at other one should look at oneself. Im not saying what she did was right or wrong. But no need to create such a hype about it.
And what goes across the border do you know? If you have limited knowledge about something or if it is based on your biased assumptions then please refrain from talking about it.

She is definitely is a strong woman, but she is popular for wrong things.......we cant decide on interviews but things repeating themselves definitely go against her...
