Who fired the fatal shot???

Do you remember some old murder suspense Hindi movies? The innocent hero is falsely implicated because he was holding a gun that went off. So he thinks that he fired the fatal shot. The villain thinks that actually he fired the fatal shot but is happy that the hero is implicated. But then they find that the real culprit was a third person hidden who fired the shot because the 'Goli' found in the body does not match the the golis of the gun that the hero had. It looks like a similar case here. When do you think they will show who the real father is?
