Mayank spoke suddenly like a little innocent boy,"Nupur, Ma din mein theek toh thi naa…matlab sach mein theek thi naa?"
Nupur was surprised a bit at the question from Mayamk, she could imagine the amount by which Ma's health affected him…so she replied quickly, "Haan!…bilkul theek thi…aur baaki theek ho jaayegi, jaldi hi…"
Mayank didn't speak anything but Nupur spoke instead"Mayank tumhe questions puchna suit nahi karta…tum answer karte hue hi theek lagte ho ByGod"
Mayank was again amazed by the amount by which Nupur was changing her behavior these days from maturity to seriousness to cheerfulness and back to the fiery and fearless Nupur that she was…
Nupur again continued speaking breaking his train of thoughts, "Waise bhi…log jaise ho wasie hi achche lagte hain….tum serious…Ma ekdum fit, fine and hamesha khush…meri tarah…"and she smiled to herself saying this and continued,"haan, par mujhe ek change achcha laga…Dad ka…"
At this Mayank got up and went to sit beside her with a questioned look in his eyes and mind, "Dad mein change…kaisa change?"
Nupur smiled and dreamily looked at a point on the ground as if she could clearly see what she spoke, "Unka care, concern aur….aur Love…Ma ke liye…who bhi hamesha serious dikhte hain tumhari tarah..par inn 2 dino mein ,maine jo change dekha hai unme…aur Ma aur Dad ka pyaara sa relation….Woh toh ByGod…bilkul made for each other lagte hain dono…."
Mayank didn't know what to say…firstly he didn't believe in love kind of a thing existing in the world,he thought, but though he knew they loved each other as every Mom and Dad did according to their child but he had never thought of them in this light…what was incredible was the fact that Nupur made him see this and for once her dreamy talks didn't look like a tale to him but beautiful, yes, his Ma and Dad were always like this over caring, concerned and in…he found her to have a beautiful outlook to life somehow even in such a tense situation…he looked at her and at her smile and he felt that she had increased in beauty somehow and her beauty was skin deep…her eyes which always smiled and her smile which innocently wanted other to smile…he didn't knew when he smiled himself…

Nupur suddenly looked at him and said ,"tum bahut lucky ho Mayank ki tumhare Ma and Dad itne sweet hain..aur saath hain…aur best hain…."
Nupur smiled back at him and kept her oily hand at his, suddenly alarming Mayank and then saying, "Sorry" seeing her hand oily

Mayank smiled and kept his hand on hers saying, "Thanks" surprising her and even more surprising himself for he never thought that he would show such a gesture to someone…
Nupur asked, "Kyun?"
Mayank replied, "Sab kuch itne achche se manage karne ke liye aur mujhe iss tarah help karne ke liye"
Nupur replied, "Help?...maine kaunsi help ki….Mayank tu, aise baat karte ho toh mujhe dara dete ho ByGod…"
Mayank smiled and said, "Phir bhi, thanks"

Nupur suddenly pulled her hand from Mayank's hands and kept it in front oh him saying, toh…friends?" with a smile…
Mayank looked at her confused and said, "Friends?"
Nupur replied with an OMG-Here-Is-Typical-Mayank-Sharma again expression on her face, "ByGod Mayank, isse jaldi toh tumne mujhe shaadi ke liye haan keh diya tha…."then suddenly feling like avoiding this sudden mention of hers she added, "Main toh isliye keh rahi thi…ki maine soch shayad mujhse dosti karke tumhari hi life easy ho jaayegi…mujhse takraana mushkil hai…main samajhti hoon" she finished smiling proudly but casually
Mayank smiled at her remark about herself and shaked his hands with hers saying, "theek hi hai…waise bhi ab agar tum meri life easy banana ke bare mein sochne lag ho toh mujhe lagta hai ki……ab jot um keh rahi ho…wahi sahi…isliye" acting to think a little he smiled and said, "Friends"
Nupur shaked it vigourously and added, "Hmm…dekhte hain ab yeh friendship kab tak tikti hai…"
Mayank chuckled at this and said, "Hmm…dekhte hain…"

It was the evening of the next day…Mayank, Nupur and Sameer Sharmas were happiest to take back Shilpa Sharma with them, back to their home…
It was a nice journey home while Nupur for the first time felt like being a part of the family truly because Sameer and Shilpa Sharma seemed t have accepted her whole heartedly & now with Mayank accepting her friendship, she, for the first time didn't feel like sort of unwanted by him which she always did a little somewhere deep inside her heart, maybe even she didn't realize it…
But today that was not the case…she automatically felt very happy and also the fact that Ma was now fine made her happy too since she always looked upto her as a mother and loved her like one too…

Mayank too was happy with Ma coming home now finally and he didn't know why but he felt excited a bit…maybe somehow Nupur's excitement for things reflected onto him….but whatever it was, he felt excited to have the life that he had now and his family too…
He himself was a very positive guy already and life had great purposes and aspects to it for him from always…but he was soon realizing a new flavor to life….something new…
