| After a month's layoff, Khyaati Keswani (Sejal of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi) returns to Balaji's Kesar, with a different name.
Earlier, Katrina in the serial, Khyaati will now return as Reena. Khyaati's re-entry will be aired next week.
Twists and turns
Explaining her comeback, Khyaati says, "Katrina is upset to find that her parents have adopted Kesar (Nandini Singh), so she goes away. Now, Katrina returns as Reena, but I can't tell you why she comes back; the story is poised for a major twist."
Son days
"Ever since my character, Katrina left for Bangkok, I was chilling at home, spending time with my son, Kanha," she says. Khyaati is married to Yash, who wrote Kaante, Dus, Virrudh and is now working on Cash. Their son is 16 months old. "As Reena, I will be wearing very sexy sarees," she adds.
Khyaati's mother stays in Bandra, while her mother-in-law is in Borivli. "I started leaving Kanha at Borivli ever since I started shooting for Kesar again, as it requires me to be on the sets for long. I don't want my baby to be in the hands of servants. Currently, Yash, Kanha and I use Yash's room, which he had in his bachelor days," she chuckles. |
