Earlier the show was praised due to its strong sense of theme But currently the reception has been overwhelmingly negative. A lot of sensible viewers have shown their distress due to the prolonged success of the negative characters over the truthful protagonists. According to them it sends wrong signal to the society. The show has achieved a 25% rating on the TV soap's rating website. Some viewers even demands the termination of this serial with immediate effect as it is giving negative impact on the society.[2]
