I think Mohini was playing a trick and Ganga fall into it. She is not pregnant, just playing a drama to ruin Ganga's married life and to take a revenge from Ganga. She didn't tell about her pregnancy to any family member but only to her friend, so that her friend can tell Ganga and Doctor is helping Mohini in her trick. Now Ganga will have to leave the house because Mohini pregnancy report will be negative and everyone will blame Ganga and she will have to leave the house.
