She ran behind the train but to her misery she missed it. There was no need for Geet to travel by public transport, her one word and ten cars would be lined up in front of her. But she believed in self reliance and did not want to misuse the fact that she was The Handa Daughter. Each and every venture her brother's set there foot into, was always signed in her name. For them she was their lucky charm. Her friends always wondered how she can be so down to earth despite of coming from one of the most influential families of the country. But that was Geet; the more you try to figure her out the more you puzzle yourself. She was an unsolved riddle, what she did, why she did, how she did . . . no one had the slightest idea but at the end of it, whatever she did made people adore her even more.
She had got down on the station for some fresh air. Turns out the fresh air cost her lot. She was left stranded on the railway station. She had no money, no cell phone, no luggage; all her belongings were left in the train cabin. She stood there amused at her luck as she grimaced and looked at sky "god . . . I am your favourite child, right, that is why all such things happen with me, not that I am complaining, I am sure there must be something good in this also. Above all you will always do what is best for me. Twang janne ka raasta to main apne app nikal lungi, appko tension lene ki load nahi hai but I have a request, take care of my luggage . . . sirf mere kapre hote to baat aur thi but usme bhabhi ka shadi ka lehnga hai . . . after all, is ek lehge ke chakkar mein late ja rahi hun . . . so please lehnga ke khayal rakhna, mere kapre agar gum bhi ho gaye to no problem . . . i'll manage . . . oh crap . . . dekha baton mein laga liya na . . . ab tak mein gowahati jaane ka raasta nikal chuki hoti, app bhi na bohot distract karte ho god, sudhar jayo . . . btw gowahati janne se yaad aya yeh station hai konsa . . . jara check kiya jaye"
She stopped a kid who was passing by her and inquired about the station. The kid informed this was a small town some 50 km's short of gowahati and he also told her no other train was scheduled to gowahati for the next 10 hours.
Had it been any other girl, she would have been terrified to her wits but this was Geet. She was different, she had the capability of seeing through things, she could literally find a tiny needle from a bundle of hatch, and in simple language she could turn the worse situations to best ones. Her optimism was her biggest strength. She was loved by one and all. Who wouldn't admire, she was simply adorable. An ideal daughter, an obedient younger sister, a caring elder sister and a true friend . . . she was simply perfect but was she. Sometimes it is not good to be good. Though she was innocent but she wasn't naive, she was smart, witty and intelligent. She was the perfect combination of beauty with brains. The only drawback in her personality was that she had a very big heart and in this century it is not always good to have a beautiful heart. It was her asset and liability both. But till date, it never came out to be a liability.
Geet smiled as she took a deep breath and headed out of the station. She stopped near the station master's cabin, requested him to tell the train attendants to drop her luggage at gowahati railway station and she would collect it from there. She informed him her birth number, told him the exact location she'd kept the luggage at and thanked him in advance. Her pleasant personality, the aura she carried was so pleasing that no one could even think of refusing her.
With that done, she left the railway station, walked her way to the highway and waited for lift. She saw a bus coming her way. She extended her hand forward, asking for lift as she smiled a small but warm smile. Who in the right world could dismiss that smile? The bus driver stopped the bus, Geet told him she did not have any money and hence she cannot but the ticket. Though it was against the rules he agreed to help Geet. He was an old man, and he saw something in Geet that forced him to help her.
Once in Gowahati she thanked the bus driver and resumed her journey. She went to the railway station collected her luggage. It took her fifteen minutes to get her inner line pass and once all the formalities were done she boarded the next train to Tejpur.
Tejpur onwards, she took a bus to Bomdila and halted there in a rest room for the night. The next day she took a local taxi for Tawang.
Finally on the second day after she left Gowahati, she was in Tawang. The first thing she did once there was barge into Anwesha's room.

Arjun was pacing up and down in his room, Geet should have been in Tawang yesterday but she wasn't yet there. He was getting worried thinking about her. Brig was blasting at the security agency which he had hired for Geet's security. He was affronted, he had strictly given the instructions Geet should not be left alone and here not only was she alone but her so called body guards were not even aware where she was. He was yelling at them for their negligence. He was fed of the same excuses always "sir Ma'am tricked us and disappeared". Even though Brig knew it wasn't their fault, his sister hated special treatment, she preferred a normal life free of spies and this was not the first time she had fooled her body guards. But it was the limit. Travelling across the country alone was too much. He just wanted to see her and . . . and . . . he didn't know what exactly would he do with her but he would definitely not forgive that easily. Vikrant was not at all tensed; he knew his elder sister would be fine. He tried consoling his elder brothers but all his efforts were futile. They were not even ready to listen, how was he supposed to help them take it easy.

Geet crashed on Anwesha's bed as she let out a huge breath "finally . . . I am here"
"Where have you been" Anwesha, Pari and Meera yelled at the same time.
Geet was startled for the initial moments as she expected a warm welcome but here she did not even get a welcome forget a warm one. She sat on the bed as she grumbled "I stayed back in Delhi just to collect your wedding outfit" she said looking at Anwesha, she turned to look at Pari and Meera "and your jewellery" she pouted her lips and looked away as she said "and after all I did, this is the welcome I get"
"You want your welcome" the three girls said in unison as they moved towards her.
Geet still did not look at them but she did glance at them from the corner of her eyes. They held her from behind as she jumped on the bed. They started tickling her as she tried freeing herself from their grip. She managed to push them off her as she ran to the other corner of the room. She lifted the pillows off the couch and threw them aiming at her best friends. Anwesha ducked her head down as the pillow missed her and smashed right on Meera's face. Geet broke into a laughter looking at Meera's baffled expressions and shortly after Pari and Anwesha joined her. Meera got annoyed as she said "bada majja aa raha hai na . . . yeh lo" Meera threw the pillow as it hit Pari and their cute pillow fight continued until they were lying on the bed panting and chuckling.
Suddenly Geet got off the bed as she screamed "Oh My God . . . I haven't yet met my brothers, Arjun bro and Brig veerji will eat me raw"
"Aww . . . that's what you deserved" Anwesha spat as Geet stuck out her tongue at her.
"I'll be right back" Geet said as she rushed out of the room and went towards her brother's suite. She took a deep breath, closed her eyes, made a quick prayer to god and knocked the door.
Arjun opened the door as he came face to face with his darling sister.
Geet smiled a sluggish smile as she said "hi bro"
As soon as Brig heard her voice he came running towards Arjun. Both Arjun and Brig eyed Geet with such fury that made her want to run from there. She knew this time they were hell angry. She gulped as she saw tightened jaw but she was Geet and she had her ways to get out of the worse situations. She brought her hands towards her ears, held them and said "sorry". She did it again, no one could remain angry at that face.
"Don't do it again" Brig said rather calmly.
Geet hugged her brother "love you . . . I got to rush . . . see you later"
She rushed back towards Anwesha's room but banged right into something hard'Maan. She was in a hurry so she did not realise whom she'd hit into, she simple regained her balance and turned to run again as she said "sorry"
But before she was out of earshot Maan yelled "no worries young lady . . . I know I am too hot to handle, its natural if you couldn't resist touching me . . . well, come to think of it, you yourself are quite sexy"
Geet stopped in her tracks as she fumed. She plastered a smile on her face as she turned to face him, she walked towards him as she said "I am your wife" Maan looked at her dumbfounded, he did not in a million year see that coming. She continued "or your fianc" Maan looked at her like 'what-the-hell'. She continued "or your GF" Maan had no idea what she was going to do, she said all this so sweetly, all the while smiling, he couldn't read her. She moved closer to his face and he smirked anticipating her next move. But what Maan did not know was that she wasn't any other girl who was dying for his one touch, she was Geet.
Suddenly her smile disappeared as she yelled "dare you call me that"
Maan stood there with his mouth wide open in an 'O'. She turned and left from there leaving behind a flabbergasted Maan.
