I love the movie Long da Lishkara, highly recommend watching it, it has Raj Babbar as the lead.

The song basically is girls asking their mom to get them a rose ring made which shines like the moon, then they talk about how the nose ring would be made by a jeweler and when they would put it in their nose even their hunny/lover would feel jealous and because they are afraid of his jealousy they would not wear it.

Just a cute song for girls to dance on :)
