awesome part.....so now Rohit too knows the truth and he seems to have no problem with geet's past....Maan still doesn't know the truth about Geet being pregnant....continue soon

Chapter XI - "Maan, Main aaj hosh main hoon..."

Next day morning to Office

"Geet, kya baat hain.. tum pareshaan ho..".. he was looking at Geet who was silently looking outside.. Since morning she had not spoken to him and he found it very unusual.

"You only wanted to join office' so what is problem now'"

Suddenly she burst out' "aaap please mere kareeb mat aaya karain,, .... when our marriage is for namesake.....then please don't come near to me...." she was really upset about last night...

"Geet, thik hain.... I will not come near to you....jab tak tum nahin chaogi.....but don't be upset.....its your first day at office after our marriage..."

and again there was a silence between them......both lost in their thoughts....and they reached office.

At office, everyone was pleased to see Geet....and they congratulated her..many commented that it was so fast.. they didn't even got any feelers.. when and how it happened. Adi, Pinki, Romeo.. they were very upset...she promised them a treat...

She settled down in office soon and life was back to normal.

Few days later

"Geet.. can you come to my cabin...something urgent....." Maan had called her and she was feeling nervous...... whenever he says urgent..something surely happens..

She went.. and knocked at the door..

"Geet you don't need permission to come inside......"

She nodded.. didn't said anything...

"Geet, this is a new project.. we will be going for site visit today.. pack some clothes......in case we we are late......."

Geet mouth was open in surprise...... she thought...."ab inka kya irada hain.."

"Geet will you stop looking at me like this... please hurry.."

She hurriedly left the cabin....went home....did packing for herself and Maan..and then back to office....He was waiting for her and they started for the site and they almost were done in an hour after reaching there.....

While returning back....suddenly.. she heard the most unexpected...

"Geet, Hoshyiarpur is 3-4 hrs from here...do you want to meet your parents......"

She was surprised.. Hoshyiarpur ?

"Yes Geet, do you want to meet your family....." He again asked her......

she was really shocked.. suddenly HP......her parents....Somehow she managed to say.... "Haan... I want to meet them.. but now suddenly...and how.. I will face them...I left them.... they will be angry on me.. I cannot go....." She had tears in her eyes..

"Par Geet, tum kab tak aise unse nahin miloge.. Don't you miss them.. and why are you feeling scared.. jyada se jyada..they will throw you out... par ek baar koshish to karo..."

"Par Maan... main unke saamne nahin jaa sakti.... what i will tell them.. why i left them..." she now had started crying.

"Geet........ why are you scared.. at least try once.. and then I am with you....call them now......"

She was still not sure... she looked at him with tears in her eyes...

"Geet, tum unhe phone karo......" he insisted and stopped the car...she came out of it ... and called her home...

"Maa... main Geet....." she was not able to speak out..only crying...

"Geet, puttar..tum kahan ho... we want to see you so much.. we are missing you so much.. please come home...... don't think anything.. we are waiting for you.. we are not going to say anything...... just want you back......" her mother also started crying....

"I am coming home.. I am very nearby......" and then she hanged up..she looked at him...

"Geet sab thik ho jayega...don't worry.....Let us go.." Maan took her back in the car.

Geet's home coming...

Geet was very scared to come out of the car.. as they reached the gate of her house... .Maan gave her a angry look.... got her out.. jabardasti.. holding her hand tightly .....Her mom-dad, darji... her sister Sanjh... they were so happy to see her.....she fely relieved and happy....they hugged her...and then they saw Maan behind her....

"Maa...... maine shaaddi kar lee hain.. aur yeh mere pati hain..." she introduced them to Maan... they first looked very surprised......but looked like as if they were expecting something like this... they hugged him.. and took both of them inside..

Her mother took her to her room..... "Geet.. agar itni see baat thi.... toh tume hamain kyun nahin bataya... we would have never said NO.. teri khushi main hee hamari khusi hain.....Itna accha munda hain.. itna paise wallah... " They seems to be impressed by Maan....

and She saw Meera in her room.... her best friend...both of them hugged each other tightly.....

"Meera .. I cannot explain to you anything.. now.. its all so un-believable....." and then she took her to Maan.. Maan was busy with gents of house... and she called him....

"Maan... "

He looked at her.. with question ...

"Maan.. please come I want you to meet someone...." Maan said no to her first.. but then she kept on insisting and he gave up...and made some excuse and came inside.

"Maan, my dearest friend Meera.. You have met Rohit.. He is Meera's brother...... "

Meera was happy to meet him.. "Geet ne kabhie kuch nahin bataya.. you must be very special to her........that's why she took such a step....."

"Yes.. she is very special to me also..".. he lovingly looked at Geet.. and Geet thought .. he can act well also...

and then whole evening was spent talking..laughs and recollecting about Geet's childhood stories....

@Night

Geet was very happy to be back in her room after so many days.. she had missed it so much....and she landed on her bed....its her room ...her bed and this is what she was longing for so much....

Maan saw her relaxing on bed.. fully stretching... and actually felt.... happy....seeing so much child like happiness on her face.

"Geet .. mujhain bhi jagah do... we don't have sofa here.. so I have to sleep on this bed only..... " He looked at her teasingly...

She didn't said anything....looked at him with gratitude....and made place for him... Kept one pillow in middle..

"Maan thank you...... " she really meant it.....

"Kya Geet.. Only Thank you....Maine toh socha tha........" He again teased her..

"Today.. I am very happy...aap jo kahenge .... main poori karoongi.....aap maangke toh dekho..."

"Geet.. soch lo... .."

"Haan soch liya... tell me.... kya chahiye... aapko aaj mujhse.... "

He looked at her face..at her lips......

"Geet, agar main yeh chaoon toh.........." suddenly she felt his voice becoming serious....

She was actually not surprised..... but yes surprised.......She had never thought he could be so direct....

"Maan......." she didn't knew how to react...

"Geet.... dar gayen tum ....hain na... " he laughed at her.... "Chalo ab so jao....its very late now..... morning we have to leave early..." and he turned his back and went into sleep...

Geet was still shocked....confused.. did he really meant it... or he was joking.. but yes today he has given happiness to her... and she was really greatful to him...

Morning they were ready to leave.. Her mother was very upset...... she didn't wanted her to go.... but Maan convinced her that he will send Geet for a month soon... and they left.....

Back at Khurana's house...

It was quite late in night and she was looking for Maan. For last few days.... she had not seen him much..... she knew he will be at terrace at his favourate place..... and she went..

She saw.. he was busy.. with some work..

"Geet, tum yahan..."

"Woh main....I was feeling bored.. Dadi Maa is also not there today..... so I thought of coming here.."

"Geet.. I am busy..... but you can take some book.. and read.."

She took one book.. and sat on the araam chair and started reading.... She thought he really seems to be busy.. as he didn't look at her again...She looked outside.... it had started raining... she could feel the strong winds blowing.......she could hear the noise made by the leaves on the trees.....but there was no change in him.. he was engrossed in his work...

Maan was busy with some urgent design works... and his concentration broke off with the lights going off.....He looked outside..it was really raining in loads.... He took out candle and lit it.

and then he remembered "Geet.." he didn't get any response.......he looked back.... she was in deep sleep.. with the book resting on her chest.. He couldn't stop himself but staring at her....her face was glowing.... and also at peace.. in candle light and then outside rains... Is she real or a dream......and then he saw she was feeling cold and he got up to cover her...

He got the sheet and came nearer to her, touched her lightly....and thought....destiny has brought them together.... she is going to be mother of his child.. and remembering about child....he was curious to feel the child..... He kept his hands on her stomach....but could not feel anything....He decided .... Let me hear..... if I can and then he placed his head on her stomach.....

Geet woke up with the weight of his head on her stomach.....She was surprised .. and actually scared.....there was darkness.....only candle light and his head on her stomach....

"Maan..."

Maan felt caught... he looked at her... "Woh Geet, I was just trying to feel the baby...nothing else......"

She looked at him.. there was so much tenderness in his eyes...and she felt like believing him..

"Kuch mehsoos hua..?"

"Nahin.. but I have told him.. I am so eager to meet him.." He smiled at her..then he looked outside...

"Geet....Let us go to our room.. it has stopped raining...now.."

she nodded and both of them came ...downstairs....

Next morning - Maan leaves for Chandigarh

Next morning......as she woke up.. she saw a note on her dressing table..

"Geet I am going to Chandigarh.. for few days.. Take care..- Maan"

She smiled at note..hmm... he informed her before going...but this 2-3 days.... will be so difficult for her to pass.. she had never thought so.... he was calling her regulalry.. asking about her health.. and if she is taking rest.. more about baby... but she was happy to hear him....
She tried to keep herself busy in office....checked out his things at his Den.. she also had started liking it very much...and waited eagerly for his return...she never thought she would miss him so badly.... he has become such a important part of her life....

At night- Maan returns

At night she woke up.. as she felt weight on her waist....she looked besides...and her heart skipped a beat.....he was sleeping.. next to her.......she looked at sofa.....and then she remembered at night she had kept her clothes there...

She got up from the bed and looked at him.....he was sleeping in his formals only.....he must have been tired.. and it must be very late night....that's why she didn't realize when he came.....
She thought for some time...shall i do it or not... but then decided to open up his shirt buttons and also loosen his belt.....and as she turned back...he caught her hand... and pulled her towards him... she landed on top of him.....

"Maan, you were not sleeping..." she was surprised by his sudden..

He didn't answered....and then...she hugged him.. she was missing him so badly.

"G eet... tum mujhain apne kareeb kyun nahin aane deti hon........ " He spoke as she hugged him...and She could feel pain in his voice.. [eng x - why don't you let me come near u]

"Geet......tum nahin jaanti main tumhare liya kitna........ " and he stopped........His hands were playing with her hair on her forehead..and then he turned her upside down and now she was lying on the bed... and he was on top of her...

"Geet......." he couldn't stop himself..... and kissed her on her forehead and then her lips..and she gladly accepted it.. Nothing matters to her now.. she decided... I know I love him... I want to be with him.. i want to live each and every moment I get with him.... and her hands went to his back.....it aroused him more.. and his kisses became more demanding......and suddenly he stopped....as if he remembered something..... and got up immediately....

"Geet ... I am so sorry......"

She knew he must have remembered her words...... and she caught his hand.. and pulled him towards her...

"Maan... please don't go.......aaj main hosh main hoon...." her eyes were mist with desires.. love for him..

He looked at her..."Geet.." as if he could not believe... what he just heard....

She nodded.. trying to reassure him.. I meant what I said now....

and then he brought her very closer to him.....and his hands started exploring her....he first got rid of her nightie.. then her remaining clothes....next were his clothes.....his hands were now moving to her other body parts... and she felt shy... she just closed her eyes....trying to feel pleasures in his each touch....and she remembered his touch during hotel night......but today it was so different.... she felt it was her first night with him .....he was very gentle with her.......allowing her to feel him.....as she wanted....letting her know what was giving him pleasure.....and.....and....and......then they joined together and slept blissfully in each other's arms......

Geet woke up after some time....his hands were still around her.... and her head near to his chest...

She first thanked her Babaji... "I know I love him... and I am very happy for this night with him......whatever happens between us later...what ever you will decide for me... I will take it... " and tears came in her eyes....on one side she was happy to realize her love for him......and on other side.. she remembered the reason for her marriage.....and was feeling bad...

she was talking to herself....." will Maan ever love me...? I know he is attracted (read physically) to me......he has never tried to hide it.......par he has never showed to me...anything other then that....

she remembered his words.... "Geet... tum mujhain apne kareeb kyun nahin aane deti hon...". [flashback]

and then she thought.... "Kya mere baar baar mana karne sae.. unkaa ego hurt ho rahan tha...? he was desperate for me...because I said No so many times........" and she couldn't control...tears started flowing...
she tried to tell herself... "I know I love him...and nothing matters to me then this truth..."

Suddenly Maan woke up.. he saw tears in her eyes... and first thought came to him... Is she repenting.... ? But she only told me... and he started feeling bad.. Ho sakta hain ....Geet.. told me to go on because..... i was so near to her....now she is repenting....seeing her like this...... pained him..

He got up..." Geet.. I am so sorry.. its all my fault....I should not have come near to you......." he sounded very disgusted.....took his clothes.. started wearing.. and then left...

Geet started crying again.....

Next - Maan.. I know you care for me...

Chapter XII - "Maan, I know You care for me.."

Next day Morning

She was feeling headache...must be because of last night....she was crying till she slept'.and she decided to sleep more.....she was not able to open her eyes'

"Geet... it's very late'. get up......" She could hear his voice..

"Maan, I am not feeling well....." she was really feeling bad......

"Geet, you OK.....? " He sounded concerned.

She nodded and got up from the bed'..but before she could put her step'..she felt faintness'. Everything became dark... she didn't knew what happened...next...she only heard him shout her name.

As she came to senses.. saw herself on bed... and he was sitting near to her...

"Geet 'you fine now'.? "She could feel.. his concern...

She nodded...

"Geet'..you don't know...what I felt now'... I thought... "

She placed her hands on his'. "I am fine'. I think I will take rest today.... "

"Geet, I am not going anywhere today.... I will be with you..." and he left to call Dadima...

Geet was thinking...What I saw today in his eyes today....he was scared for me'.So he cares for me ? And she felt.. Yes I think I saw that.. his concern for me.....

Next few days..... worked from home.....took care of her completely'and she was feeling better with his presence around her....

After few days..

Geet was doing left right in her room' " I should do something for him..".. he took care of me so much'.. and I always make him upset' but..what'and then it striked her "Let me cook dinner for him.."

She looked at watch.. almost 12:00.. She had got his favorites list from Dadima.. and had made everything ready'She wore a sari also' but till now he has not come.. she looked at watch again''..Dadima.. everyone has gone to sleep...she decided to watch TV and wait for him...he came after some time... and saw her...

"Geet... tum yeh kya kar rahin hon.. still awake.. It's not good for your health...if you cannot think of yourself.. at least think about the baby..."

"Woh main aapka intezaar kar rahin thi.. I have cooked specially for you today...."
He was surprised..but didn't said anything.... "I have taken dinner..and from next time.. don't wait for me....it's not good for baby..."

and he went inside the room..

She felt tears in her eyes... so he has made it clear to her... its baby.. which matters to him more..

She came back to room without having dinner and slept...

After Few days

Geet joined back office... and came to know that there is picnic planned by Adi & Romeo for all office staff. The plan was to camp near riverside for one night... and she felt very excited about it... She had never been to such a trip and wanted very much to go...

"Maan'..I want to go for picnic.. " She started in the morning at breakfast table...

"Par Geet.. tum itna exertion... "

"Maan, kuch nahin hoga.. I want to see it...I have never enjoyed such a picnic....and you will be there with me..." she was requesting like a kid.. and finally he gave up..

@Picnic

She really loved the location.. It was on outskirts of Delhi... valley surrounded by mountains'river with stones bed.. and the tents were near to it' the sound of river was enchanting the whole scene..... she felt the beauty of nature...

All the staff people were there'...Adi, Romeo.. and Pinky..all her friends.

Maan.. was not participating much.. but was there with her.... They cooked the lunch.. went for tracking.., fishing..swimming... everyone seems to be enjoying... and then came the evening.. which was the best.... a camp fire.. and dance and music..

She forced Maan to dance with her.. she now knew he likes music and dance.... and after dinner everyone went inside their tents...The tent was big enough to accommodate a large bed sufficient for 2.. and small space..for keeping things....

They also came inside their tent...talked for few moments.. and decided to sleep. Geet had noticed since their night together'.. he has not tried to touch her'... and most of the times avoided coming near to her...and today they are on bed together.. but he didn't look at her once.. she missed those looks in his eyes....the ones which had desires for her and thinking about him she slept'

At midnight.. she suddenly woke up... and did not see Maan nearby her... she was scared.. she came out of the tent.. started searching for him... She saw a figure nearby....the river.. sitting.. and she recognized him..went near to him...

"Geet.. tum bahar kyun aayi..."

"Maan..aap yahan.. iss time par... Kya hua... kuch pareshaani hain..."

"Nahin.. Geet..neend aa rahin thi...."

"Maan...kya baat hain.." she was not convinced... she could see pain in his eyes.... and then he got up.. came near to her...

"Geet, let us go inside..... it's cold outside..."

But she didn't give up.. she could sense something was troubling him...

"Maan, main nahin jaane wali.. what is troubling you..."

Finally he spoke...

"Geet.... I was thinking about you....I am feeling very guilty... tum itni young ho....just 18....you have seen anything yet.... and now burdened with motherhood....You are missing out what your age people enjoy.....Today I saw you so happy....enjoying with everyone... and I am feeling very sad'.. for you......very guilty.."

She was stunned... what he is thinking now... "Maan ..."

"Geet, I was thinking'.. if we abort this child.. I don't want you to be burdened with this now....."

She was now completely shocked.....

"Maan '.. yeh apne kaise soch liya... I am very happy....mera maa ban na mere liye sabsi badi khushi hain... Please aage se aisa sochiyega bhi nahin... " She started crying... [Eng x - How can you think like this......I am very happy.. that I am going to be mother..]

"Geet....." he wanted to speak.. but then stopped....

"Geet.... I want you to be happy always..... chalo...ab....." he decided to put a stop.

While on bed...Geet was thinking... "he wants to abort child for me.....he always told me.. child matters to him most... but today what I saw.... he was so disturbed...Is something there which I am not understanding....is his concern for me is more then what I am seeing.. Is he also in love with me..."

and suddenly she felt..."Yes... I had never thought about it... Yes he is in love... but not saying anything....." tears started rolling out...more from happiness..

"Maan, I know you feel more then what you show to me''either you are hiding your feelings or you don't know yet'...but what I saw today..'.. I will wait for you to say that I mean more to you..."

and she felt better and slept peacefully....

Chapter XIII - Love is in Air

After Few days :

"Geet... you know today.....we have an apppointment with Doctor.. at 3:00 PM..." He called up in her cabin to remind her......

Geet was looking at phone..... He takes care of her so much nowadays..... ..he ensures everyday she is going for walk......her food.....medicenes...everything.. and today also.... he has reminded her of the appointment......she looked at her bump...which was now very much visible......it was 5th month starting..... she was feeling much better...with morning sickness leaving.

Doctor check up went normal...and they were back home.

Geet retired early as she was feeling tired.. Now days.....Maan hardly comes to room....most of the times he sleeps in his den.. and if he comes....its very late. By that time she is already in sleep..... She was feeling for very sure... he is trying to avoid her as much as possible.....and it was disturbing her very much.. she was missing his company very much....she wanted to know the reason..

Next day ......She decided to meet and talk to him...after dinner she went to terrace.. she knew he will be there..

She was surprised.. he was relaxing...hearing music...he looked at her...

"Maan....milk for you..."

"Geet,... come... you also listen to this one... one of my fav. ....".. he then put one of the plug in her ears....

"Maan .. i want to talk to you........"

"Geet...kya baat hain..anything serious......." and he switched off the music...

She didn't knew what to say......suddenly she was blank.... she looked at him...

"Geet......will you please speak..."

She decided to go ahead....

"Maan... why are you avoiding me nowdays......." she was almost about to cry.

"Geet..." he was surprised by her question....

"Geet.....I am not doing that.. tell me.. where do you think...I am doing it..."

"Nowdays you are spending your nights here......" she didn't look at him.

"Geet... I cannot understand you...... when I come near to you...you don't like it... and when I try to stay away from you... you think I am avoiding you......" he looked into her eyes....thinking hard....what she wants...

"Maan.. woh dadima...kya sochengi....aap raat main........." She couldn't tell him directly... used Dadi's name...

"Thik hain Geet.....I understand...." and then he put back the music......

She was happy.... he agreed so fast.....

next night

She slept early,.. she knew.. aaj raat..... Maan will surely be angry.. and wake up her...... she had got the sofa removed from room... She decided to close her eyes.. and started waiting for him to come......

Maan came late.....and as she had thought...

"Geet...." he called her... "what you have done with sofa....?"

"Maan, subah baat karenge....abhi aap yahin so jayeen..... I am feeling very sleepy....."and she turned her face...She knew he was trying to control her anger...she saw kid like anger on his face,...and then he picked up the pilllow and slept next to her... She felt happy...subah dekha jayegaa....

and as expected next morning...

"Geet... tum chahti kya hon.....I cannot understand........"

"Maan...kuch nahin bas.....woh room main jagah kam ho rahin thin.... toh maine ussse hata diya.......if you want I will get it back..."

"Nahin thik hain..." he gave her angry look and went out...

Geet took a deep breathe...finally...he agreed....par ab next ?

They slept for few days like that... with the pillow in middle.. she didn't try to do anything......

After few days -

She woke him up in the middle of night....... "Maan utho..." he was in deep sleep... and he didn't like it...

"Geet... itni raat ko... ab kya hua..."

"Mujhain icecream khana hain..."

"Geet are you going mad.. now icecream.. its one o' clock....."

"Tum mere sath kitchen main chalon... mujhain darr lag rahan hain..... " she pleaded like a kid..

"Geet.....what you will do next.. what you want next... I am always surprised......."..He then got up from the bed..and she came behind him...

He took out icecream for her... and she asked him..."Do you also want it..." He shooked his head...decided to sit and wait for her to finish. .

She ate as if to satisfy her soul.... and then told him..."This time I have eaten this one...but next time I want choclate one....." he couldn't stop but smiled...

"Chalain..." He asked her once she finished......

Then it became daily mid night routine for her.....She will wake him for icecream....he got boxes of choclate icrecreams stocked in the freeze......

One night after having icecream.... they came back in the room and slept....but she got up...removed the pillow kept in middle of them slowly.. and came near to him..... She checked him... Is he asleep or pretending to sleep......she was not sure....but she decided to put her hands around him.....he didn't remove it for sometime.....but then suddenly turned as if could not control himself.....

"Geet... tum jaanti ho tum kya kar rahin hon......."

She opened her eyes.....he was very upset.....

"Geet... I am warning you... kuch hua toh....don't blame me......"

She shooked her head.... and teased him..."Maan,... I don't think you can do anything with me now... " pointing at her bump.

and then again put her hands on him and closed her eyes.......she felt him kissing her forehead.. and he also went into sleep...

After few days...

She was feeling very happy..with whatever was happening around... she was now in 6th month...her bump was now quite sizable... and she found it difficult to sleep at nights..... Turning here and there..... Maan was taking care of her very much at nights... trying to make sure..... she is getting good sleep.....and also she realized... now they were talking a lot.....he has opened up so much....

She was thinking back....when they got married....that time she had never imagined that her relation with Maan will become so good.... and he will be so much caring for her... but Maan had not disclosed his feelings for her yet... she was waiting eagerly....for him to say..he loves her...but till now...he didn't say anything....

she tried to assure herself..."Geet you know,.....he doesn't like to express himself......but...you know...he take cares of you......you have seen so many times in his eyes.....feelings which are more then care...... he will express one day surely...... even if he doesn't then how it matters.. you know ... he loves you...." She smiled.. and looked at her bump once again.....she was feeling very proud be mother of his child....

She decided to forget about the reason for marriage..... condition for marriage ... and she thought...Maan also doesn't remember anything......he loves me.......what happened in past...is past now...matters no more... [GB - i think i am the only who wants to remember it...]

After few days....at breakfast..

"Maan...yesterday...my mother called me...... she wanted to know about Godh Bharai.......they want to know the date......."

Dadi ma...who was also listening....

"Geet.... I completely forgot about it... after 7 months.,.. we should be doing it.... I will finalize the date with panditji...and inform your parents...."

"thik hain dadima...."'.. then she was about to say something...but then stopped....

Maan looked at her...... he felt she wanted to say something... but looks like holding... on it,...

"Geet...kuch kehna chahti hon...."

"Woh...Maa chahti hain kee delivery wahin hon..... they want to take me to HP after Godhbharai......."she almost had tears in her eyes and left the table......

Chapter XIV - Geet kee godhbharai

Geet came rushing back to her room.. tears started flowing once she came in.. How she will go away from him.. and staying away for so long... she wanted to goto HP ...but how she will be able live without seeing him for so many days.... and she saw Maan coming in.. she wiped her tears..

"Geet, Kya hua....You don't want to go....to HP ... ?" he was concerned.

She could not say anything... why its me who is feeling so much.. why he cannot say that please don't go.....why he is not looking sad on hearing of my going......She looked in his eyes..she couldn't understand them.............

and thought...

"Geet, kya jo tu mehsoos kar rahin hain... woh Maan nahin kar rahan ...am i wrong in thinking that he feels for me..... I was so much sure he also loves me......"

she looked at him again..wanting to hear those words..

"Maan ek baar keh do.. you don't want me to go... it will make me happy... please say... I will not go....."

"Geet... main iss barain main kuch faisla nahin le sakta...tumhare gharwallon ka poora haq hain yeh..... if they want this child to be born there......I cannot deny them... this is our first child..... and as your parents...and our child's grandparents... its their right... and we should fulfill their wish......"

She almost had tears....her ears...waiting to hear..please Maan ek baar keh do...you don't want me to go....

but then he didn't said anything like that....."Geet kuch dino kee baat hain.. .. I feel.....now you will be more comfortable being with your parents and ....when the child is born......being near to your mother will help you very much.......aur phir maine tumhari maa se vaada kiya tha...."

She kept thinking....... "So Maan is not going to miss me....... Thik hain.. aisa hain toh I will go to HP..."

At midnight

He woked her up... "Kya baat hain Geet... tumhain icecream nahin khana hain... ?"

She was really upset.. with him.... "Nahin chaiye.....aur Aap mujhse door rahiye..."

He looked at her puzzled....

"Geet tum mujhse baat nahin karogi......."

"Nahin... aap mere se door rahiye..." she again repeated, kept a pillow in between and slept facing other side.

After few days

The godhbharai date was finalised.. and everyone was eagerly waiting for it....Geet also.. she wanted to meet her parents very much.. and was eagerly looking for their arrival....dadima was busy in the preparations.. .... guestlist.. catering.. dance...music....

For many days.. she had not talked to Maan.. he has again started coming late at nights.. and evenings most of the times he stays at terrace only.. she was finding it difficult now to climb the stairs.....so their interactions was again reducing.....and after Maan's decision to send her HP... she herself started avoiding him.....

But she knew in her heart..she longed to talk to him...she wanted him to say what she wanted....and she knew once she goes to HP...whatever bond they have formed now may weaken......she actually was now feeling scared.......

And then the date for Godhbharai came... her parents and her sister... they reached early morning..... They were very happy to see her.....her mother wanted to know how she is feeling......her health..... if she is taking medicenes on time..... she was very much worried...

Anvesha, her husband...Sameera and her husband..... and other relatives... also, all office staff were there...

In her room....

"Geet teri shaaddi main toh hum kuch nahin kar paayen.....par tere godhbharai main .....we want to do all.......for you.." Her mother was very excited...she took out red lehnga which she has brought for her ........ she knew Geet's choice....

She got ready ....but she was missing Maan..... she knew if he says she is looking good.. then only she will feel good.... but then with such a big bump.. how she can look good... and she tried to cover it with dupatta.....and was checking herself...in the mirror.....suddenly she saw him in the mirror.. looking at her......

He came nearer to her... and she turned....to face him......he took off the dupatta.. and looked at her stomach...

"Geet,.... you are looking very beautiful...... don't try to hide it....." he then came nearer to her and kissed on her forehead....

"Chalo.. Geet .. I will take you to the hall... " and he picked her in his arms......

She was looking at him.. as he carrying her.....her heart wanting to hear....."Maan please ek baar bol do....ruk jao...Geet...."

and then the function started.. Rituals and gifts.. then dance and music...gents were kept out of it.... After that there was dinner...and everyone started leaving..Geet came back to her room.

at Terrace... and gift for Geet

She came to her room... as she was feeling tired... Yes... its amost 8th month completing now.... she gets exhausted fast....she was about to take her dress off.. then Maan entered....

"Geet mere sath chalon..."

"Par Maan... kahan..."

"Sawaal mat poochon...." and he dragged her outside... picked her in his arms... and took her to terrace...

She was amazed to look at the decorations done on Terrace.....candles... blue lights.. and pink roses....

"Maan....... yeh kya hain........"

"Geet aaj special day hain..... tumhari godhbharai hui hain...... and then after 2-3 days you will leave...... so I wanted to spend some special time with you....."

Geet looked at him... she could have never imagined.........Maan to do something special for her....

then he dragged her to one place..

"Geet I have got some gift for you..."

She looked inside the box.. 2 small tiny eyes were looking at her... and he got it out... it was a small puppy...white..like a ball....

"Maan... yeh..."

"Geet,.. I want you to keep this....."

Geet loved it... and "Maan, iska naamm.....? "

"Geet.. tum socho... "

Geet decided to name it PINKS.. "How is that ...? "

He didn't said anything....

Then he got her inside... "Geet, I have got your favourate choclate icecreams......... I am going to miss your midnight icecreams very much...."

"Maan are you going to miss me..... ?... " Finally she couldn't stop herself.... she wanted to know this very badly.....

He didn't said... anything ... just kept looking at her....and then

"Geet what about you........"

She also didn't said anything...came near to him... and hugged him...

"Maan....whatever time I have spent here with you I can never forget......I am going to miss you always....."

Maan didn't said anything....as if trying to understand her .....what she said.... and then remembered.......

"Geet, icecreams......."

They had icecreams... meanwhile .. he had put on music.

"Geet, when you will come back..... then surely......I will make you dance with me on this song... "

"and ?" she asked

"and Maan.....will you come to meet me at HP...?"

He didn't said anything...just looked in her eyes...and then

"Of course Geet, and also I will call you daily.......bas kuch dino kee baat hain... ....then you will be back here with me...."

Geet could not control herself...

"Maan .. Can I spend tonite with you... at your den.....I am going to miss it very much......."

" Geet..." he was actually surprised..

"Geet.. I cannot understand you.. sometimes....you completely stay away from me....and sometimes.....".. he could see tears in her eyes...

He came closer to her.....hugged her tightly.... "Geet, I am going to miss both of you very much......"

and "Geet...main kuch mangoo toh..."

She knew.. what he is going to ask....and she nodded.......she also wanted this assurance from him... that he feels for her....

and he took her in his arms to his small bed.. placed her there.. kept pillow behind...to give her complete rest....and then bent to kiss her.....she brought him closer by encircling her arms around his neck... and then he switched off the lights....

"Maan... lights off Kyun kiya,....."

"Kuch nahin Geet...bas baby ne dekh liya toh..."

"Par Maan woh Kaise dekh sakta hain......aur hum kya karne walain hain...." she was confused...how he can think anything other then kiss.

"Don't know......tumhare sath......I am always confused...... jahan tak I can go....... let me try......"

After few days

Maan was doing her packing.....

"Geet...... why you want to carry all this stuff,,, anyway you are not fitting into this....."

"Maan...ek baar bachha hone ke baad.... i will surely fit....you don't worry...."

"Aur Geet...yeh saab kyan hain... itna sara make up... you don't need all this......."

She suddenly was angry......"Maan you stop... I don't need your help...I will do my packing myself... Aapka bas chala toh... I will go with empty bag....."

"Nahin Geet...main karta hoon na..." and he did finished and kept her bags in the car..

Later

Her parents were ready and waiting for her to come down...but her instruction list to Maan was not completing..."Maan...don't sleep on terrace.. sleep in room...don't work too much.. I will take your update from Pinki...and .....and......"

He was standing and listening to her.... almost half and hr has passed...finally....

"Geet, its getting late......."

"Pata hain mujhain......" and then she came running to him...holding on her tears and hugged him tightly...as if she is being sent forcefully...as if she is not going to see him again......

He brought her down....made her sit in the car.....he gave her new friend PINKS...

and they left for HP.

Next - Geet at HP and birth of baby...

Chapter XV - Piya se milan....

Going to HP

Geet was looking outside..... her parents and sister were asleep in the car......but she was not getting any sleep..... She was still thinking...about Maan...She was feeling very sure... that Maan loves her...

"Geet, Maan loves you.. he has not said it yet.. but see how he cares for you.. and if it was only physical..... then in this condition also, he wanted to be with you....." She looked at her bump... ."Geet, just have faith.... everything will be fine... and believe in your love... he surely is in love with you...."

Celebrations, dhol ... started, as their car stopped at their door... all near by friends, relatives.. of course Meera and Rohit also had come.. All where so eager to see her....

"Geet... itna bada paet... " Meera was so excited... and Geet actually felt very shy...then she met Rohit... who didn't seem to be that excited......but hugged her........Geet knew it must have been very difficult for him to accept her decision to marry Maan.. but she knew he will be her best friend always....

and then PINKS... her little puppy...everyone wanted to hold him......but he was not going out of Geet's lap he was too scared seeing so much crowd... Geet for some time completely forgot about Maan...how she was crying while leaving Delhi......and she started enjoying... the laugh and good mood...

After some time everyone left...asking Geet to come to their place....and she also said yes...

Once in her room, she decided to sleep as she was feeling tired....and suddenly the phone rang....it was Maan..

"Geet.. where are you now...I was waiting for your call..."

She was very happy to hear his voice....

"Maan, We have reached safely... and you know everyone was here to see us... and they wanted to know this.. .....and then PINKS......... (Non stop)

"Geet,.. please hold on... I know you are very excited... so now are you feeling happy ...?"

"Yes... abhi tak thik hain... .."

and he was happy to hear that.

After few days -

Last few days were very busy for her....meeting all near ones... who came to spend time with her... trying to know more about her sasuraal...... everyone...... thought she is lucky one to marry in such a rich family....but nowdays ...she was not liking any more of it... she will get bore very soon with their conversation.....her mind always wandering.......about Maan....what Maan would be doing now... must be at Den....his favourate place......Is he remembering her.. like the way she is doing....
He was calling her daily checking on her health and what she did whole day... but then she was missing his presence very much....

Slowly she started being with herself only..... will go on long walks with her PINKS... and most of the time will be talking to it...... She was missing Maan very badly..... She started feeling him everywhere... with every knock... she will feel if he has come.....She is talking to him on phone everyday...... but then she is missing being in his arms... his fights...his den......and then his eyes..... which has told her so many times.... that she means more to him..

After few days -

Since morning she had not recieved call from Maan.. and she was feeling restless...his cell was not reachable...and then all thoughts started coming to her mind...what could have happened...is he busy... accident.....No... then sick... what could have happened with him.....and she was doing left right in the room.... and then suddenly her phone rang...it was Maan.

She started.. as soon she heard his voice..."Maan aap kahan the.. why you didn't call me... I was so worried... about you..."

"Geet....Can you come out.. There is a surprise waiting for you..."

"Here...?"

"Yes, come out...."

She came out slowly and slowly...not sure.. what Maan has sent as surprise...and then she heard PINKS woof...and she thought .. is it him ...?

and she almost ran towards the door....and saw him there...

"Geet, please...be slow..........." he almost panicked...seeing her run.

"Maan...aap yahan.." She hugged him tightly and tears started flowing......her cries were getting louder... how she can explain him... how much pain she went through when she was away from him....her eyes were shinning with happiness....to be back in his arms...

"Geet, maine kahan tha na... I will come to meet you........."

Then he took her inside...

"Geet, you are looking so tired...are you not taking care of yourself......? "

She didn't said anything...just crying...then she wiped out her tears...and looked at him...He was also looking thin... and his eyes.. as if it has not slept for many days...

"Maan...aapne apna kyaa haal banaya hain......"

He just smiled at her.. " I am fine Geet...many days had passed ...so I thought of coming and seeing you......." then he realized it was just 1 week only..

@Night...

After having dinner, they came to sleep....

She was again non-stop... and he was listening to her.....then finally he gave up....

"Geet...tumne sab ados pados kee khabar toh suna di.... par apne barain main... baby ke barain main......"

She realized..."Maan.. we both are fine.. now I have PINKS as company here...."

She came near to him... "You don't know how much happy..I am...after seeing you.. I was missing you very much..."

"Geet, ......you really missed me...?" as if he was not sure.. wanted to hear her again...

She came more near to him ... and then kissed him... on his forehead...

"Yes, very much....... your fights... your den... your kisses.... "

and then he couldn't control...

"and me...... ? " why she cannot be staright in answering...

"Not sure......" she said laughingly.... he caught her and brought her very near to him....

"Geet,... I missed you very much.........." he said and gave a light kiss on her lips...

First time she heard him saying that he missed her.. and she felt good.. she knew in her heart always.. he loves her.....

she thought..............."Maan, I am waiting for you to say... you love me......"

Next day

All of her family members were in hall.. and everyone was talking to Maan.. there was laughter...jokes sharing,...... Maan decided to check on Geet.. and somehow excused himself and went to her room... he saw from outside... looks like Geet is busy with someone in room...

and he was curious..... and soon he came to know about it...

She was talking to Rohit...and looks like they were in some serious talks...seeing him.. Rohit came out... and looked at him angrily...

"Maan, I know why Geet married you.... and I will be very happy when she will be free of this burden..." and he left.

Maan was actually surprised...almost taken back..."what he is saying .... what he knows......" he was still staring his back... and saw Geet coming out...

Geet heard what Rohit said to Maan...... and she knew Maan would not have liked it......sharing what happened between them to third person..

"Maan, Rohit knows about our marriage reason......" She was not able to look into his eyes.. she was feeling very guilty...

"Maan, mere paas uss samay koi aur raasta nahin tha... he was not ready to believe anything when I said no to him that day....and I have to tell him the reason... He is one of my best friends you know......I trust him..."

Maan didn't said anything... he just looked at her.... trying to read her face.

"Geet... koi baat nahin..... "

@Evening

They went for a walk.. Geet took him to to place near their fields.. where she mostly spent her time along with PINKS... and they were seating under a shelter....

"Geet... kya soch rahin hon....?" He saw her in deep thoughts. ..

"Kuch nahin bas...yahin........ jindagi ke aage kisseee ka bas nahin.......Hum sochte kuch hain... aur hota kuch hain....." after many days he had heard her talking something serious....

"But I am very happy with whatever has happened so far....and I am praying to Babaji.. everyday.. to make my wish true....."

"and what is your wish ...?"

"That I will not tell now.....only when my wish is done..." she looked at him with love. Suddenly she remembered....

"Maan... apko pata hain.... I was so worried when I had come to know about pregnancy.....what I am going tell my baby that I have no clue about his father....aur Babaji ne jo kiya thik kiya..... he made me meet you... and now I am so happy for the baby.....that he is getting his father's name......"

First time she had shared with him...what she felt in those days...

"Vaise Geet.. I am still not convinced......how you reached my room that night... and what had happened with you that night...you were completely......... .."

She was suddenly shocked.. they had never talked about it after their marriage.....she looked at him.....She could not understand... if he is joking or.... really serious....

"Maan......" and couldn't say anything....

" Geet.. I am just joking..." He saw her face suddenly dropping... "I know you were drunk......"

Geet suddenly was very silent....so he has not forgotten those things...... she knew it is very difficult to bury them....they will be coming again and again in her life... and she has to face it.......Is Maan having doubts about her...? Is he in dilema.......not able to decide ...about his feelings....because of all this...

Next day -

"Maan, mujhain aapse baat karni hain........" she was very serious......last night she could not sleep... thinking about it.. she cannot let Maan go out of her life now... if he decides what his dimaag says then.....

He looked at her.. "Geet kya baat hain... tum serious achhi nahin lagti hon..."

"Maan... aapne kal mujhain jo kahan tha... main usi ke barain main soch rahin thi......."

"Geet...jyada mat socho... its not good for baby now..." he didn't look at her... he was packing his luggage...

She almost had tears in her eyes.....and then he looked at her.. saw her crying....

"Geet,... mere liye woh baat koi maayne nahin rakhti hain... I believed you......when you said... you were drunk....."

He came nearer to her....and hugged her tightly... "Geet....You are going to give me the biggest happiness of my life.... and I want you to be always happy"

She suddenly felt relieved... all her insecurities washed away with her tears.....

After few days

Maan was driving franctically to HP.. he had just recieved call... that Geet has started having pains and they have taken her to hospital.. He was very much anxious... worried... and also was getting pains.....

Geet , what would be her condition....he thought.. he wanted to reach as early as possible.

Next - Baby birth and Geet returning Delhi.
