She was missing from her show — Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki's recent celebration party. Reena Kapoor who plays the protagonist, Rani, was in Delhi, tending to her mom, who was unwell.

The actress has just returned and is back to work. Did she miss cutting the cake with her unit? "Of course, I did. But there's no way I could have stayed back. I had to be with my mom. She was in the ICU for some time, but is now out of danger."

What about the impending leap that her show is supposed to take? Is she ready to get some grey streaks in her hair ? "I will never play the role of a woman who's not my age. I don't want to be seen having kids and being a mother, when I am not that old in real life. However I have no details about the leap, it's up to the writers to decide."

I doubt she will leave the show if it does fast forward
