As a participant, aspiring to win the crown, in a competition you expect to

i) evince keen interest in the field of competition

ii) be blessed with a inborn talent in your field of pursuit

iii) hone your skills

iv) put in the hard work that further sharpens your abilities

v) quickly adapt to the format's requirements

vi) consistently deliver praise worthy performances

Having done that you bring a smile on your face 😊 and tell yourself job well done. Then somebody reminds you there is an X factor. You assume that the X factor is influenced by your towering performances and reassure yourself that the X factor would only be a by product and much smaller in size.

But what happens when you come to know that the X factor, is influenced by other factors, and it has assumed monstrous proportions thus dwarfing your performances.

Karunya faces this dilemma today and it could be your turn tomorrow.

ALAS!!! IT IS NOT IN HIS HANDS ANYMORE, IT IS IN YOUR HANDS VOTERS.

You are so right!!
We do not vote for our politicians for their good looks or their charming smile if we know they cannot deliver the goods.Likewise--
Why should we vote for a singer who will dazzle us just with their smile but their caliber of singing falls very short of our expectations?
We need a delicate balance of X-factor and effortless singing.Vote intelligently.
