I wonder why? My favorite shows show very poorly in your meter. Tere Mere Sapne has been put at 1 O'clock slot, when young people are at work, but I find it one of the best serials in acting, sets, story etc. Sapno se Bhari Naina, is a recent serial, also put at 2 p.m. slot, and also of a high standard. There is therefore some parameter which does not seem to work. If you ask the question, which time do you watch, and if it is the prime time, then the serials which come at noon time have no chance. Sabki Laadli Bebo, too is poor in the meter, it comes at 6.30 when young people are coming back from work. On the other hand if you see, the member activity in these serials, you will find there is a difference, in the type of viewer, and the IQ of the viewer.
That is why I do not take polls seriously. The majority of the public do not spend time, to make their mind up. These are impulsive clicks.
This is my personal opinion, and you may have points which I do not see.
