Will Dutta ever experience the birth of his first child?

We all know how badly D wants to have a home of his own, children, and we all remember that dreadful day when the woman came to his house, foreshadowing (or perhaps cursing him) that he would never have children, that he would thirst for his children's love. This clashed with his mother's words about how she could hear the sound of children resonating in their house.

Time and time again, I've wondered. Do the CVs remember this? If the show continues for some time yet, will they bring it up again? Will D ever become a father?

I don't believe that it will be an easy journey. I hope not, because the woman's words brought chills down my spine and I would like to see Tasha's struggle in becoming parents. Not because I'm a sadist who enjoys watching people in pain, but simply because I want to see Mishal's performance as a D who's struggling with paternal emotions such as, perhaps, grief at Naku losing their first child, or something along those lines.

I do want to see him as a father. But more than that, I want to see his journey to get there. The struggle. I want to see this loose end from all the way back in May to be tied up somehow, to be treated. Because in that woman's words, there was a lot of foreshadowing. I hope that the CVs haven't forgotten about it.

This would be a track that I would follow with the most interest. No leaps. But the journey toward becoming parents and the pain of losing it, because of one's past deeds perhaps. A curse, or kismet. Either way, it'd be an interesting watch.

omg thanks for this post u've written it so well and reminded me too of that storyline!- wow it sure would be interesting to see this kind of story develop.
lets hope its one of those storylines that the cvs have in store for us.

Yes, I'm crossing my fingers that LTL continues long enough for us to see this happen, provided that the CVs have planned this in the future.

I did! Well basically the Cvs will wrap up the show by then....I think they focus too much on the evilness that lurks in Dutta's life. Butttt.....if they didn't finish the show, then Dutta would maybe be shown as a parent...long shot though. The creatives probably wont have time for that. I don't know, brain freeze alert.....take my vote as something in the middle....😳

You're right. They'll probably wrap up before things get that far. Even if they don't end it, I think that they'll need to be reminded of this track. Jayesh Patil was still behind the story-line when they put focus on the whole no-children foreshadowing, right? But he's not on LTL anymore, so question is probably whether the new CVs will even remember there was a woman who cursed D.

Though I hate the idea of a child dying .. even if it in fiction

But it worth a watch .. to see D's reaction and struggle through these emotions and losses .

He got a great character , with a lot to explore .

I would like to see D have Daughter ... A Daddy's Girl .. the bond and the growing up years .. Then maybe just maybe .. Father of the Bride part 3 ...

Uff what a dream ....

Nonetheless, if we can just make it as far as to watching Naku's pregnancy fail and then her finally becoming pregnant and D during her pregnancy, and then once he has a daughter (or a son), that would make me ecstatic 😃

I had completely forgotten about this....hopefully the CVs didnt - but in case they did - hope ur post reminds them. This would be a much more interesting storyline for them to pursue. Dutta's thirst for a family of his own - something unique yet again - not the typical love triangle.....thanks for the awesome post and reminding me of this! plus i would love to see TaSha as parents!
