whats kulfi of the week..?

just read a post....loved but one thing i couldnt understand...KULFI OF THE WEEK😕

nothing each week a mamber is selected (according to thier activeness in the forum) and given the title kulfi of the week(these title also selected by voting which was done earlier) . and that member will be put in hot seat for a week and we can ask questions that kulfi memeber should answer it .the meber can avoid answering personal questions .hope you are cleared now
