I am surprised when I read posts justifiying Krishna's verbal abuse and aggressive behavior ( His behavior : 2/11/2011 epi) towards Pratigya because she woke him up from his sleep hastily.The reason I read was that , he was irritated so this gives him the right to shower her with harsh words and saying it on her face that she has made her life a living hell.
Cvs!How long are you going to let Krishna get away with this ? Woman should not be tolerating this kind of behavior ?
krishna is no better than Shakti. He is infact exactly like him. I see no difference in them.When Shakti beats his wife, ppl say: Omg, he is a devil! But when krishna hits his wife, ppl say: Omg,Krishna has no choice because Prats disclosed the fact that their marraige was not consumated. This is the height of hypocricy.
The true fact is that: Any kind of domestic violence cannot be justified !
Here, Krishna has been verbally abusing and physically manhandling Pratigya for a while.
Verbal abuse can rip a marriage apart. Because it assumes a spoken form, many victims don't view it as abuse until they've suffered an emotional breakdown. Pratigya is showing signs of emotional turmoil in her.Not only does she constantly suffers abuse from Krishna's parents but from krishna too. All marriages have rocky roads to cross; however, when one spouse feels that the only way to get his point across is to yell and scream, then verbal abuse is happening. Krishna is aggressive in his behavior and have started screaming and repeatedly blaming her.
Again, any kind of violence cannot be justified.
This might be a fictional show, but the facts shown here are not fictional : Woman are physically and mentally abused, they are raped , they are stalked, they are emotionally abused to a point from where there is no return , forcefully aborting a child . These are all facts that are real in the society.
Domestic violence is a crime just as murder is.
