Can someone help me please.. Im having computer problems and I dont really know what to doo :$ Im useless when it comes to technology.. Lol

Im trying to listen to music from Youtube but it wont let me.. It comes up with a message sayin:

"The following Plug-In has crashed: Shockwave Flash"

Can someone help me and tell me how I solve the problem pleasee.. I dno what to doo :$
