okay thanks for telling me that they both haven't said where they were leaving....just hope something like this happens and also wanted to say love the way you analyze things. I always look forward to reading your posts😊

Aww thanks Jasmeeta for your kind words...today's episode indicates that Runjhun is mostly definitely headed to Kanpur. I wonder if Amma will go with her. I'm still unclear. Nonetheless I think it will be interesting ot watch.

Wafah,

Abt the "thinking of the future" part, to say the truth, till date I was never happy with any of the characters or show through-out. They all start good , in fact very good and then they are all either spoiled by the CVs, PHes or the channel.

So, I just wanted to check-out the show bcos of Himmanshoo (having watched him in AKA) and bcos of the Director, Mohit Kumar Jha (previously he directed a show, a show from which I started watching TV serials after 10yrs). After watching a few episode I liked the way the characters were developed and liked the uniqueness in the story, liked the screenplay, loved the dialogues and liked the direction.

Then slowly started participating in the forum. Still I'm so guarded and don't want to get involved so much that I feel like it was all a waste (having had that experience once).

So, I'm kind of trying not to think and just take in whatever I watch and analyze what I watch.

So far so good and hope they continue like this and don't blow everything off.

Anyway, just thought of sharing my experiences.

But definitely willing to read what others think and like the way you write.

I know how you feel. I've many times followed a show and been disappointed by how it turns out or how they drag it or the character is assassinated to fit the plot (I don't mean killed) I actually don't watch a lot of Indian shows...it goes on forever and rarely in a good way. I think the only show that has kept me entertained in every episode and brought me back for more was Rishta.com. Even when it ended I wanted more.

I honestly looked at Bhagonwali initially (a family member was watching it) and thought to myself not another show with the "rona dhona" and such, which Bhagonwali has but I think there is a subtlety to it and lots of potential. I definitely like the uniqueness each character brings to the show. I know everyone hates the Uncles and Aunts, but their character development and the over the top nature is amusing to me. Like today's episode, the way Kalsanwali says that maybe Rajju ran away, is amusing to me. I can completely understand why Guddu was amused at their antics.

Maybe it's not right to be amused by the characters as such if you look at the fact they are torturing Runjhun, but I think the verbal spar between the aunts and the Amma is interesting to watch. Vishnu and Kalsanwali's fights, so violent, are amusing to me. The use of language between them is such a contrast to when Guddu and Runjhun interact. I do like watching Guddu & Runjhun interactions the most. They rarely communicate but watching them draws me in, and I hope they continue this development in a slow pace (not draggy), gradually.

I don't have high expectations, I rarely do, but I like the way the show is shaping up so far. I'm glad you've become more active in the forum, as well as the other members. I can understand your guardedness. It is good to hear different thoughts sometimes, though, rather than read my spams. Thanks for reading and *fingers crossed* for a better experience this time...

Yeah I too am amused at those mama-mamis antics .. and the way they "think". They are really weird and only they can think the way they do! I mean, the writer has to be so intelligent to write such things and that too for each of the characters and there are so many of them actively participating in each drama .. I mean they always say something and something punchy , just not that the camera zooms in the character's face giving is shocking/sad expression.

Haven't watched the episode yet, but yeah laughed when I read what kalsanwali said (Rajju running away) .. as if she is the most pious lady! 😆

Also in todays episode I was amused that Mitto wasn't able to sleep and she gets up to narrate her fundu idea to her husband! Did the main-main pandey claim that Mittho got such intelligent idea bcos she is HIS wife?! 😉

When I see all those antics of the characters, I don't get a feeling that it is a rona-dhona serial at all. Definitely a lot of hard-work has gone into making this show come alive.

Above all, can't seem to get enough of what you write. You are just brilliant and seems like I have fallen in love with your writing. ☺️ Just the way I analyze the show, feel like analyzing your writing too 😛. Such perfect choice of words you make and absolute maturity! 👍🏼

Yup, me too fingers crossed for this show. Just worried that it should not get scrapped or that it should not go down the drain. For now, kudos to Shamidha Khalid !!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

LOL Don't praise my writing too much 😳 My head will turn big...hahaha, but thank you.

Those camera zooms can be annoying...but yes the characters always seem to be in character with their lines, and their catch phrases. I do not want the show to be scrapped, or go down the drain...as it is the time slot is a difficult time slot I think...but I hope that Bhagonwali continues to become stronger and attracts more people.

Wafah & Bee5 ,...... I can soooo relate to your lament about good serials going down the drain .... it seems to be the bane of Indian TV ...

The fact is the PH / CVs never plan the whole story in advance ... they make it up as they go along ....If they feel a particular episode garnered better TRPs ... they will stretch that track with some unwarranted twists and turns !!! The moment they realise they're losing grip ... ... what else ? another twist !!!!

I have a habit watching shows for 3-4 months ... that seems to be the 'unsaid' period for which the story stays true to the original idea ...!!!

Again agree that the characters of the mamas & mamis are well sketched .... each one is a true specimen ! 😆 ... They hate each other but still stck together for their common goal !

And the contrast betwn the interaction of the mamas-mamis, and Runjhun-Guddu is an absolute pleasure to watch .... Like you said earlier, the looks exchanged by R & G are loaded !!! Their eyes speak volumes !

Hope to have many more things to discuss with you guys !
