No he doesnt have cancer, as per the latest Telly Buzz article , "Actually Tappu has a school friend who is bald, but he has some other reason to become bald as he is suffering from Cancer. All the students in school tease the kid for his ugly look, and Tappu has decided to shave his hair in order to divert the attention of the students towards him. In this way, Tappu wants to help that kid and keep him happy"

So basically the article refers to Tappu's friend who is having cancer and so he has to become bald ! And just in order that his friend should not feel bad even Tappu wants to go bald !

Well I would be really happy if his character dies because of cancer for an over-pampered kid he is, who never gets punished for his mischiefs and hence setting a bad example for the kids who what this series. And viewers like me are forced to watch his unfunny acts.

but unfortunately, his character is not going to die. :(

Yes, that's right. The presence of Tappu , Champak, Sundar, and Popat is required to run the story.
But they never get properly punished for their irritating personality, that makes it difficult for some fans to control their rage and anger.
