Will i gain Shantanus trust again?-Khanak

The current track in STAR One's Rang Badalti Odhani involves a huge communication gap between Shantanu and Khanak, which results in Khanak leaving home and going back to her native place, Dhulwadi.

This separation is hurting Khanak and Shantanu a lot, but both of them are extremely stubborn, and expect that the other will come and apologise. We caught up with Khanak, who expects Shantanu to come and take her back home. We asked her how she felt about the situation.

What frame of mind are you in?

I am upset with Shantanu for not trusting me. I'm surprised that after a year of marriage, he doesn't trust me, and that has hurt me a lot. This is why I have left home.

What reactions are you expecting, now that you're back in Dhulwadi?

Right now, I'm thinking of Shaan, and Dhulwadi isn't on my mind at all. I try and divert my attention by thinking of things that I grew up seeing, but at the end, everything comes back to Shaan and our misunderstanding.

How will you handle the problem?

I'm not too sure. I'm in a lot of pain. I want to share my sorrow with my mother, but am too scared to. I just hope that Shaan comes and takes me home.

Do you think a wife should leave a husband's home over such an altercation?

For any relationship, trust is the most important thing, and if the husband doesn't trust his wife, then the wife should walk out.

Wouldn't it be better if you had stayed on and fought for your relationship?

Why? There was no reason to stay. I was ready to tell him that the MMS was fake. He could have asked me what happened. Instead, he over-reacted, and questioned my loyalty.

What do you think of Shantanu now - as a husband and as a person?

I still love him, but I'm not too sure if I can trust him the same way again. I miss him.

Do you blame Sunny at all for these circumstances?

No, I do not. I only blame Shantanu. He should have trusted me and asked me for the truth.

What do you think about Anand?

In the bus, when we met for the first time, he was trying to be over-smart.

What kind of interaction have you had with Anand?

Off-screen, he is full of energy. I have told everyone that in a few days, I am going to get fatter because of his jokes. As an actor, he is very hard-working. I am glad to work with an actor like Hiten.

What have you heard of the fans speaking about Anand's character?

Everyone is happy to see Hiten as Anand in Odhani. In fact, many fans have welcomed Anand.

Which was the weirdest/ sweetest fan message for you and Anand?

I haven't got any weird opinion, but they've been sweet about our coupling. I thank them for that.
