Maan sat by her side dazed with the days happenings,
he was so excited that he would finally see her,
and here she lies like a crippled, her face was a swollen piece of flesh, her arm had been dislocated, her jaw broken, even her legs were badly bruised and had deep cuts on her knees,
he cried his heart out.
No one understood his plight everyone knows that they have never met before then their was no question of such emotions that welled in him, his act was termed as sympathy.
Shiv was the only one who could read the pain in his eyes; he had no previous prejudices to hold him from recognizing the emotions this strong man had for this sweet girl.
He went forward and patted his shoulders assuring him that she will be ok
S: Maan have some coffee, you will feel better
M: thanks Shiv, (he looked earnestly in his eyes)
S: you are worried,
M: um, why she is not able to talk?
S: let me explain the situation she is in, her jaw is broken and day after tomorrow I will fix it, than say after 7 days she will be able to move it and then eat and talk and with in next 7 days it will heal completely
M: and (tears welled out of his eyes) her other injuries
S: broken bones will fix up in 15days maximum and swelling will get away in the same time, by the end of 2 weeks all physical injuries will disappear
M: physical, what do you mean (shocked) has she some internal injuries also?
S: Maan you have to be strong
M: what happened to her? Tell me Shiv, will she be ok? (He looked so helpless)
S: Maan, the injury she had on her head it's

S: relax Maan,
M: how can I relax? My life here is lying lifeless and here I am still able to breath, she in so much pain and here I am having this damn coffee (throws the cup in the bin)

S: hold your anger Maan, this is a wait and watch position, all depends on how alert she remains, we can't give her painkillers or sleeping pills as they may do further damage

S: what I understand is that if you break than, she will also break, so at least when you are with her pretend to be normal

Just then Ram comes with Mohinder and Rano.
R: Maan you may go and take rest her parents are here
M: ok (so helpless poor Maan can't even sit by her side can't even hold her)
S: come Maan, let's see the reports and arrange Dr. Bakshi's appointment for her surgery
By the time the appointment was made Maan completely broke down,

Anvesha's marriage was due in 1 month Geet convinced Maan to leave for Delhi and after much telepathic talks threatening and all Maan said ok but was their when her surgery was
Everyone expect Shiv were surprised by the concern Maan had for her
Geet was on here way to recovery last Maan saw her she was bandaged heavily on her head, the surgery was a success but chances were still not bright, Rano and Mohinder lived at the Kapoor's
Finally Anvesha got married to Arjun Ram did all the rituals of the father.
When the marriage works completed Maan relaxed and so did Geet, she knew if something happened to her during this time Maan would leave everything and come running to her and even go insane.
Now that marriage was over so was her responsibility
Maan was entering the Mansion after seeing off Anvesha, he suddenly felt that Geet was sinking
He shouted GEEEETTTTT, everyone turned to look at him
He immediately called Shiv
Shiv where are you?
At my house
Geet, go to Geet
What happened Maan, she's ok I just saw her an hour ago
No she's not

Just go Shiv she's sinking just go

He from the other mobile asks his pilot to get the helicopter ready and come to their terrace he will be waiting for him
Then he tells Gayatri that Geet was sinking and he will immediately leave
All were confused, Ram called Mohinder to tell her condition and within 15 mins Maan left.

Finally Maan was there he rushed to her ward the nurses were winding up the instruments
Shiv patted his shoulder Maan we have to wait for some miracle
M: no she is
S: she has gone .....(before he could complete)
M: no, she can't do this to me; I will not let her go I'll get my Geet back
He ran to her ward
