Singing is not all about having a good voice, u need voice modulation, which sandeep doesnt have! U need to sing comfortably in low pitch and high pitch and also put emotion into your song, a feel!

Everyone has a different point of view. I don't know how u define talent. You mentioned sandeep "is not talented enough to be II". I m going to say the same thing Amey said that talent has no boundary. One person might think if u hv so n so things then u r talented. However, another person might think completely opposite. I feel everyone is talented in his/her own way.
