haha agreed! with those specific examples in mind.
Salman in his 90s was a great romance actor, her had good expressions, danced well, had great chemistry with most of the actresses he worked with.
I don't like him much anymore, I feel like his magic has diminished, his expressions don't work FOR MEE anymore (note: this is IMO, and it will remain this way, no point in trying to change it)
Salman's had a huuuuuuuuuuuuuge number of successful romantic flicks in the 90s, and for that, I do think he used to excel pretty well in that specific genre
