How come Abhay hasn't come home yet from the hospital? And why doesn't anyone think of informing him atleast when Pihu faints(pretends to)?
Creatives, please use a little logic atleast when building your story.

Stupid Pihu!! Ugh. Absolutely hate her character. But, yeah, she told Rudra to divorce Gauri and marry her. Did she not think about Abhay? And even Rudra seems to forget that Pihu is STILL MARRIED to Abhay. It's disgusting how they both seem to forget their marriage vows.

So I guess he is taking leave.
