They couldn't take their relationship to the next level

The latest Bollywood couple to part ways is actor Sameer Soni and actress-turned-jewellery designer Neelam Kothari.

Their separation was mutual as they could not sustain their relationship and take it to the next level.

They were last seen together at Sameer's birthday party. Post that they have never made an appearance together.

Sameer, who was much appreciated in the role of a gay designer in Madhur Bhandarkar's "Fashion", had publicly declared his love for Neelam at his party. He was in high spirits and had loudly announced that even though he did not know how to define the relationship, he loved Neelam very much.

Apparently, Sameer wanted to give their relationship a name, while Neelam wasn't ready for a commitment so soon, leading to the split.

Both Neelam and Sameer have been in love and even married earlier. Neelam has been in a relationship with Bobby Deol and later married London-based Rishi Sethia, which did not last very long. Sameer on the other hand was married to Rajlaxmi Khanvilkar, a model. The marriage was short-lived too with Rajlaxmi going on to marry actor Rahul Roy.
