Meet Barkha, she debuted on the small screen with Kitni Mast Hai Zindagi, a Balaji Telefilms offering and now she is just as energetic and excited about her role in Pyar Ka Do Naam... under the famous banner - Rajshri.
What does love mean for you? Love to me is to be very honest with your loved one. One must be selfless and I think it is destiny if you get a person like that. I believe in destiny.
Do you believe in love at first sight? No… I think it is superficial!
How true is rebirth, do you believe in it? I believe that every human being has seven births.
How is working with Indraneil? Initially, it was very difficult for me to have a conversation with Indraneil as he never used to talk! (laughs) Now we share a great working relationship.
How was the experience of being part of Pyar Ke Do Naam… It is fun… it feels like a home away from home.
How has life been since you started shooting for the show? I feel great. The pressure is always there but I love doing my job.
If not an actor, what would you have been? I would have been happliy married!
Your favourite food and holiday destination I love Italian food… I like cheezy stuff! (laughs). And my favourite holiday destination will always be Goa.
Where do you see yourself, a decade from now? I hope I will still be acting! Though I will be married by then. I am getting married by the yearend to Karan Singh whom I met in Kitni Mast Hai Zindagi, two years ago.
