Today's episode was punctuated with turning points in the story track. First we saw SS stop KN in his tracks on his way out with bags in one hand and dragging an unwilling Arusia by the other out the door. He was fully focused on boarding that train that would guarantee a start to that hollimoon trip with Arusia. But it was not meant to be just yet. He was promptly stopped by SS who drew KN's attention by pointing to his joota reminding him of what was next if he didn't go back inside without another word. Now that is a good example of "a picture is worth a thousand words". KN walked backed to his room with his tail tucked between his legs like an obedient five year old without argument. Must have been the flashback memory of a joota maar peet in the not so distant past he got from the very person standing by his side today! What's with Arusia's attraction to men who behave like five year olds in their father's presence? She earlier wanted to marry SCAM, an educated lawyer who behaved in much the same way when his father ordered him to go and change his clothes for his engagement. When it comes down to it, Arusia is drawn to men with emotionally stunted groW*H, who still behave like little kids in their father's presence and follow their orders like soldiers, one an educated SCAMSTER and the other an unpud KILLER. What does this say about a girl who attracts such riffraff men into her life when she herself refuses to grow up?
With the father-son notanki out of the way Takurain takes it upon herself to sympathize with Arusia. She assures the resident, illegal freeloader that her hollimoon has only been postponed until she does her penance for the next 21 days. Will those three weeks really be enough? So unlike Takurain not to read Arusia's relief at the delay in her hollimoon! To assure she can digest her daily meals she goes for her daily dose of dissing Prats. She taunts her and asks Krishna to question Prats's intention of providing the Takurs with a potha. SDS is always ready to do anything to create friction and tension between Krishna and Prats to ensure she gets a good night's sleep as well.
Prats takes the high road and refuses to answer Krishna in Takurain's presence especially with teeny twit freeloader listening with rapt attention. This will only give her the ammunition she needs to continue to harass and make Prats's life a living hell. Some sister!š Takurain continues to taunt Krishna after Prats goes to her room without giving her sasuma the satisfaction of a response.
Krishna follows Prats and wants to know why she couldn't give his mother the satisfaction of hearing what would make her happy. Prats tells Krishna that she first wanted to tell him a few things in private on the matter. Now that's a first for Krishna. She is learning to keep her marriage private with resident freeloader looking for ammunition to make her life hell. Krishna tells her their child will be raised like a prince much the way he was in the Takur household. Prats reminds Krishna he is fully dependent on his father for his everyday living. To add to her list of concerns is the fact that Krishna is living off his father's wealth. She makes it crystal clear to Krishna that she has no plans to bring a child into this world unless his father earns a living of his own given how hard it is to raise a child in this day and age. Krishna is left standing deep in thought with a serious look on his face.
SS takes KN to his room and tells him to stay there for the next 21 days out of sight of Arusia. Now that is going to be fun to see how KN gets through the next 3 weeks. The forcast calls for plenty of cold showers for KN, hope there is no water shortage at the Niwasš. Arusia is slated to do her penance for the duration for the Takur's past sins. She could always go for another round of penance for her latest tantrums later on. šš SS explains to his first born that with patience they will both have their dreams fulfilled.
Adarsh is very disturbed by the painful flashbacks of Jai's mocking taunts earlier in the day. He attempts to stand on his feet but falls flat on his face that brings Naina running into their room. I guess she has never heard of knocking on her married son's bedroom door before she runs in. Naina's wakes a sleeping Komal up with an alarming call. Adarsh lashes out at his mother for her attempts to help him up. Komal pacifies a tearful Naina and send her away with the assurance she will help her husband. When Komal tries to help Adarsh she again lashes out at her. Adarsh tells a weeping Komal her tears will be his weakness. He wipes off her tears and assures her that starting today he will no longer be a handicap. Finally, a turning point in Adarsh's life, the taunting words of a teenage brat have pierced his ego and maybe his heart too. There is a positive side to this. Jai Bro by speaking those cruel words to Adarsh gave him a swift kick that turns out to be a wake up call for Adarsh. This could be his gift to Adarsh for saving his sorry behind from behind prison walls. Komal can hope for a fresh start with Adarsh in her marriage. Will Shamu be able to stomach a new and improved Adarsh? Or will it be too much for the shivering Sax to handle all at once? Only time will tell.
Preview: How could we forget! Seems like teeny twit resident freeloader has taken a few training sessions from Takurain in how to taunt and threaten Prats. The evil sister Arusia taunts Prats "would you like to see what happens if I create a rift between you and your husband?" Hope the Sadhu's words of wisdom includes women in the household not ill-treating each other under the same roof. Ganti Dadi and Kesar have Prats's back but will Krishna's faith in his wife be seriously tested or will the ex-resident and evil witch of Mumfordgunj fall flat on her face and learn the biggest lesson of her life.
It seems like the Sax siblings are all headed for huge wake up calls. Today we saw Adarsh finally show some fire for the first time. Prats has realized that her sister is two-faced and has a mean spirit. Arusia is going to learn some valuable lessons about humanity, marriage and the truth. When she does she will have to deal with a rude awakening awaiting her. Prats will also learn a few lessons to toughen up and not take things lying down from the people around her. What will Krishna learn this time around? Will his love for Prats have to clear another hurdle, one coming from Arusia given he has seen her recent vicious attitude towards Prats in recent days? Or will Krishna and Prats fight to strengthen her marriage against all odds?
