Also now few parts may be Geet's survival at college, so KC scenes and Maan's office frustrations will be kept aside.. and more Geet, her college and her reactions at home.. Part-16

Next day at college.. Geet got down from her new blood-red shining Honda city. She grabbed her bag and walked into the campus.

"Hum… that's interesting.. new car today.., her husband is defenitly a rich guy.. but then why she needs to study yaar, why don't she just sit at home and enjoy..".. Raj was rolling his sunglasses between his fingers as he and his gangs were following Geet's steps..

"good morning, how are you madam".. he asked..

Guard with little hesitation : But..

Geet: its ok. I prefer my name.. ok Bhayya..

Geet smiled and trying to keep the words in herself "babaji, thank you.. my plan worked.. now if let anyone come near me, my bhayya will take care of him....".. she again looked at him thankfully.. "thank you bhayya".

Piya joined back with geet.. The class has been divided into different groups for projects and other group works. Geet met other class mates too..

It was interval time.. Piya was walking out from the lecture's room..

"so do you have an answer for me now".. Piya raised her eyes to see Raj's serious face.. and she looked around and found the gang..

Piya, thought for a second.. even she forgot to ask Geet about it.. but it seems like she is from a rich family.. so… but then Raj's voice interfered her thought..

"no.. vo …".piya tried to voice out..

"what?" asked Raj.. Is she related to home minister or chief minister…ya..

"ya ya.. she is related to some minister.." Piya was able to tell out..

"Oh really.. so who is this some minister…. Is it prime minister ya,,"

"no no.. her husband is home minister's son or son-in-law"… Piya said

"what.. son or son-in-law'.. Raj asked again..

Piya: "..vo.. I don't know, she address him as papa, so I don't know whether it is her dad or her husband's dad"..

Piya 's heart stopped beating for a second.. she looked at him puzzled..

Raj: its ok, but next time, get the correct information… ok

Piya just nodded her head and walked away…

Suddenly Raj felt a strong hand over his shoulder.. he turned and found the guard..

Raj looked at him in question..

Guard in a normal tone: so you want to know about her friend's husband.. right.. why to ask her, just speak to him directly… here he is.." saying that he extended his cell to Raj.. Raj hesitated to take it..

Guard on the phone : sir, he is hesitating, I think he need help to hold it.. so I will help him..

Raj stood in confusion and the guard kept the phone near Raj's ears, he tried to move away, but then the other guard also joined him… so he stood in attention..

Raj listened..."so you want to know about me.. ask me directly, why you need to disturb the new kids at college.. that is not maanly.. why don't you just ask her directly… oh oh.. but be careful, you are asking about me, so I don't know how she will respond.. sorry sorry, you just want to know about me , right.. ok then,. I am not any ministers son or son-in-law.. I am what I am.. and there is no need for you to know about me.. but I know everything about you.. Mr. Raj.. your complete profile is in front of me, including your near ones.. do you want me to repeat your family history.. and yes, yesterday only I noted you and you are so far not in my good book.. but beware.. be careful with your each steps, my eyes are on you.. so don't try to play the hunk game with any other students.. You came for study , right.?. so go ahead and study well and pass out with good grade, and make your parents proud.. Ok.. so for now, leave everything behind and go to your classroom and listen to your lecturers.. Ok.. be a good student and my people will help you to get there safe.. ok ok… before going.. I remind you, be the cool guy, but my eyes are always on you.. did you get that"… Raj was sweating, listening to his deep voice, the commanding echoed in his ears. Raj looked at the guard and he pulled the phone back .

Piya thought of telling the incident ot Geet but then just ignored it.. But she was curious to know about Geet.. as the lecturer left the class room she asked

Piya: geet, can I ask you something..?

Geet was keeping her notebook back inside the bag: hum…

Piya: what's your husband's name..

Geet: oh my husband's name.. suddenly she noticed few other faces coming closer with so much enthusiasm..

Geet looked around everyone's face and asked: what?

Students: please tell na.. you are the only one got married in our group.. so tell us na.. who is your husband..

Geet with a thought: my husband… but then the next lecturer came in and they all got back in their repective place..

Geet looked at everyone and said: later.. and the students just nodded with a shy smile on their face..

The lecturer was taking a class on finance management.. and was trying to quote an example..

" I can give an example to understand this matter better.. If you analyze the groW*H of one of the famous construction company.. that is Khurana construction.., you can see the graph of its financial groW*H.. " Geet forgot to breath for a second and she looked around once to see the kids reaction and saw everyone listening to it so carefully.. she kept her ears more active to the lecturer.. and eyes on the board as she was drawing the profit graph.. " so what I was saying is, in spite of all these bad economic times, they were able to keep their target high, how and why?' the lecturer looked at the students.. "anyone..?"

"only one answer sir.. it is Mr. Khurana".. the beauty from the middle seat answered..

Lecturer: yes, but how he does it?

The student next to the beauty in a very soft voice: That is Maan's magic.. ask Kanika, she has his complete profile in hand, she came to learn business just to win his heart… and the other nearby kids tried to control their laugh..

Lecturer: anyone?

Geet heard the comment from the back seat.. her face turned red and she turned to look at the beauty once, and gave a quick firing stare.. the beauty was looking at Khurana's name on the board and it was easy to see the unspoken words of dream in her wild eyes… Geet tried to control her emotion by making a tight fist, but then got back to reality as the lecturer called out Piya name.. Geet looked straight and was trying hard to concentrate on class discussion.. once in a while her eyes met the dreamy eyes.. a forceful blow of air through the lip corner blow her small strand of untied hair to the side.. she closed her eyes for few seconds and took few deep breath…

As the lecturer took his papers to step out from the class, Geet slide over to pass the door first.. she looked around and then her eyes scanned both sides of the corridor. She felt a relief as her eyes caught the guard little far away.. The guard saw Geet looking at him, he tried to give a friendly smile.. Geet stepped quickly near him with a frustrated face..

Gurad got alert : Is everything oK madam..

Geet looked at him pleadingly..: not Madam.. call me Geet… can you please help me bhayya..

Guard: what is it madam.. sorry.. Geet.

Geet: can you make a call for me..

Guard: I don't know whether it is allowed here…

Geet: Princi said only students, so it is ok for you.. Even if you lose this job, don't worry I can get you into another easily.. But I need your help really bad now..

Guard: how can I help you..

Geet: can you please dial this number and ask him to meet me exactly after an hour outside the campus, and ha tell him I will be waiting.. I need to meet him…

Guard: is everything ok..

Geet: but please can you please request.. here, this is the number..

Guard as if seeing the number first time, looked few time while dialing.. he heard the voice of MSK.:yes tell me, is everything oK.

Guard looked at Geet: hello Sir, I am the security guard from the college, Geet madam requested me to make this call.. I will give the phone to madam.. sir.

Geet: no no., I can't use it.. bhayya just tell him what I told you.. Ok.. My lecturer is coming, I need to be in class.. saying that she turned and walked towards her class room.. but she turned to look at him few times to make sure he is passing the message..

Guard explained the situation.. and MSk got alert too.. he said that he will be there and also said thanks to the guard..

Guard went near the window and met Geet's anxious look towards window, her eyes gone wild with hope as she saw Guard at the window. He just showed a thumbs up and moved from there. Geet took a deep sigh and unknown winning smile played on her lips.. she turned around and looked at Kanika and tried to give a teasing smile too.. and kept on looking at the watch desperately..

Piya softly looking at the lecturer's face: geet is everything Ok..

Geet: hum….

Piya: why you are looking at the watch all the time..

Geet: feeling hungry..

Piya: didn't eat your breakfast?

Geet: hum..

Piya: then..

Geet: oh ya, missed my breakfast..

Piya: let's go to canteen.. will have nice sandwitch..

Geet: no no.. I am going out.. My husband coming.. so I will meet you after lunch..ok

Piya: wow.. so sweet, your hubby coming.. bring him na, so we all can meet too..

Geet looked back at the beauty and said: hum… I will try. But he is really busy.. so I don't know..

Piya: what is his name.

Geet: hu..?

Piya: what is his name..?

Geet: siiiingh..

Piya: what?

Geet: Singh

Piya: what?

Geet: Singh.. ya, Singh..

Piya: strange..

Geet: why strange?

Piya: like Singh is king..like AK's movie.

Geet: so it is not strange na..

But then the lecturer's look brought their attention..

Geet was almost running towards the gate as she heard the bell for lunch break.. Raj and gang was standing near the gate side.. they saw Geet running towards the gate and at a distance they noted the guards too.. they moved back.. within second the black colored car stopped near the gate and Geet slide in and they drove away. They just watched everything with an open mouth..

MSK in high tension: what happened Geet, is everything OK.

Geet was looking at him without blinking… that she didn't respond.. MSk parked the car to the corner and looked at Geet's face and held her shoulder..: geet, is everything oK..

Geet just moved more closer and gave a hug..: ha, everything is fine, I just missed you..

MSK: what?

Geet moved back and looked at his face: why? You didn't miss me..

MSK: geet,..

Geet tried to normalize herself: Did that call disturb you at work..

Maan: no Geet, not at all, but I want to know why you called me to meet you like this..

Geet wih a chuckled thraot: hum… that's because I was feeling so hungry, I thought I will go out and eat..

MSK: Geet..

Geet: why, can't I feel hungry..

MSK tried to bring a smile on his face and said: yes, you can, and I am also feeling so hungry.. so let's go to a nice restaurant.. Ok..

Geet: hum..

MSK 's cell rang and he attended it.. and then with a smile he started his car..

Seeing the smile on Maan's face, geet: why you are smiling..?

Maan: nothing, you are so popular already.. hum.. your college mates are following us..

Geet: what/ who? She tried to look back..

Maan: don't worry, that is same Raj and gang.. so let's give them some nice treat too.. right..

Geet smiled and within seconds the car just dashed out speedily and entered into the parking lot of the posh restaurant in that area.. The bikes stopped in front of the parking lot and they looked at each other in doubt.. They saw from a distance the door for Geet 's side has been opened by the hotel employee, and Maan gave the car key in his hand, Geet joined him on the other side and Mann held her closer and they walked in through the main glass door.

Raj taking his goggles off: "crap… who is this guy.". as he was unable to clearly the face..

Raj's friend: Raj, I think it is better to leave it.. as Piya said may be she is connected to some high level people.. why should we get in trouble.. let's go back.. you remember his warning na. what if he is the leader of some goons here..

Raj: no he is not.

Friend: why not?

Raj: then he won't be sending his wife to study..

Friend: then he is from high officials who has really good influence and I am sure that guards are there for this girl's protection only.. otherwise how can they just pop up in one day.. we are here for long.. so may be this girl is a target of some groups, if anything happens to this girl, we may also get into trouble..

And the bikes just flew from there..

Maan just smiled as he saw them returning.. he walked towards Geet and sat near her..

Maan: geet, you know what/ I like it..

Geet looking at the menu: what?

Maan: the lunch over..

Geet: really .. that's good.

They placed the order ..

Maan: so now tell me what happened?

Geet: nothing..

Maan: look into my eyes and tell me the actual reason..

Geet:I just wanted to see you, that's all…

Maan with a wide smile: ok, then..

they had their lunch and Maan went to drop her back in college.. Geet looked at him before stepping out, but he held her hands. and moved her closer to his face... she looked at him..

Maan with a loving soft voice: Geet, don't worry about anything. I am near you only.. Ok.. and I love you so much..

Geet looked at him surprisingly: why you need to tell this now..

Maan: because you missed me.. and I can read your eyes.. Mishti..

Geet felt shy and she looked down and then with a shy smile she looked at him and said: I need to go..

Maan just smiled back saying will meet at home.. and he watched as Geet walked into the campus.. she turned back once and smiled …

As Geet entered the classroom.. she saw everyone sitting silent.. she got surprised and checked at Piya's face.. she saw her trying to control her happy smile.. Geet looked at her in question.. Piya cornered her to look at the board.. Geet turned and saw the board completely covered with multi colored chalks on one side and it has written.. Mrs. Singh… Her face got serious and looked at her classmates, everyone was looking at her with a sweet smile..

One classmate: So Mrs. Singh, tell us when did you get married..

Geet: what?.. and she tried to walk away..

Students: no no.. you need to give us some answers.. please..

Geet: almost 7 months..

Students: wow.. so newly married couple.. oye oye… cute..but why he send you to college..

Geet: because I wanted to study..

One Student: wow.. if it was me, I preferred to sit at home..

Geet: no it was my dream to continue my studies..

Abhay: that is nice Geet… and I am sure you will achieve your goal.

Geet: thanks..

Geet looked at her with piercing eyes.. but then gave a fake smile

But then the lecturer came in and Geet erraced the board quickly and went and sat on her seat..

Geet: why did you tell everyone..

Piya: because they all asked me..

Piya: did Jiju left?

Geet with a shy smile: hum..
