did shweta not know ashmit was sick

No offense meant to ST fans... but alot is being said about her greatness... how she didnt know tht he was sick and when she found out she immediately said that veena could use the milk....
I rewatched the video... and here is what I saw
I actually wrote it in another thread but this post somehow got lost.... so here it is:
Lemme quote from the episode
V.M ... "sirf aadha cupt dalay ga shweta, woh beemaar hai"
S.T... "Tau aadha cup mein bhee tau.... etc etc"
V.M... "Pooray din mein woh chai nei peeta.... etc etc"
S.T... "achcha bana lo"
then when later Ashmit came to talk to shweta about it.... when he said, "aap log din mein 4 baary chai peetay ho... main ne ek baary nei peeya kal"
then shweta said, ".... pata nei thaa... jab pata chal gaya ki nei liya tau unko bol diya"'

On the other hand in one of the uncut videos, I heard veena telling ashmit that shweta asked her if he had fever and all.... and this video was from yesterday... meaning shweta knew from sunday that he had fever....
