Well, it definitely seemed like she was talking about all the 3 cities he performed in.

I hope that's what she meant. For Sandeep was definitely not the best among the 3 contestants in that show. I thought Sandeep was barely audible, he was not even upto his own standards that night.

Sandeep was definitely NOT the best performer. Karunya was much better and can dance much better, even though it's a singing competition. But Sandeep has always been her favorite and I think she just wanted to say something nice. 😛
