As far as I know his wife is staying separate along with their daughter and she wants divorce from him. She suspects affair between him and Shweta according to Manoj which I am not sure is the exact reason for their separation.

He does not want to get separated from his wife and daughter and he wants to show his love for them in big boss and so, he gets emotional when he speaks about them

His wife thinks that he is having an affair with Shweta Tiwari so she is now separated and lives with their daughter and seeking divorce.

I hope she lets Manoj Tiwari meet his daughter. Also hope Shweta Tiwari lets Raja meet their daughter too. Otherwise as Seema said in last night's episode, when the child grows up she will know who is correct and she will blame the parent who didn't allow her to meet the other parent. I've seen a very similar case in real life.
