Nandini is happy for what Prem arranged for her and they are walking in the flower carpet..They sit there and Prem tells Nandini that he fell in love with her at first at traffic signal..ke Nandini ko dekhte hi ghanti baj gayi...he decided to spend his whole life with her when he saw her at Karmarkar house,
Pallavi is worried as Nandini has not returned and that Dr.Kalyani's family may come at any time...Aayi hears that and she gets back to her job of blaming Nandini...😡..Govind says that he gave permission to Nandini for visiting Temple...
Prem tells Nandini that he brought her to that place for proposing her..He wants to know her feelings for him before Sakarpura..Prem proposes Nandini for marriage...She replies that she already accepted his proposal...Prem tells that he wants to hear her reply from her mouth...Both of them spend quality time with each other....Prem asks Nandini "Do You Love Me?"At that some one is shown keeping eye on them from behind d walls..
Nandini feels shy and runs from there..Prem follows her and stops her from leaving..
Scene shifts to Rajadshkya Family where Prem's family is worried as he is still outside and they are getting late to start for Nandini's house...Dadi says that its the home and that he will come with prem..Urmila says she wont go to that house without Prem as its humiliating..

Sumathi returns home from college..Govind and Pallavi are surprised to see her return alone and asks her reason for being late..She replies that she went to her college for getting her hall ticket and that she will make Nandini ready for Sakarpura Ceremony..They get shocked to hear that and tells her Nandini hasnot returned..Sumathi tells them that she asked Nandini to visit Temple and when she went there she was not present there...
Nandini is waiting for Prem and a policeman comes there and harasses her...prem returns at that and sees the Cop speaking non sense to her...He asks the cop to leave Nandini's hand and to talk to him...The cop misbehaves with him...Prem informs the cop he is her would-be-husband...Hearing that the inspector laughs and says nonsense...Prem gets angry at the cop and tells him that its their engagement today..The inspector again tries to misbehave with Nandini and Prem pushes him...
The inspector gets enraged and asks to take Prem and Nandini to Police Station...Prem's family is waiting for him to come and finally they decide to start for Nandini's house ..Pratham tells that he will call Prem on way..
The Police man snatches Prem's Mobile...Prem and Nandini are sitting in Police jeep..Nandini is crying and Prem assures her that he will manage the situation some how and wont let anything happen to her...
