hey guys: here is next update!! i will reply back to everyone 2marow!! thank you so much! Dont kill me as this chapter might be short!😆😆 and as always ignore mistakes!😳

Chapter 10

As Geet picked up the phone thinking that it might be important..she instently dropped the phone and just sat there shocked trying to dispher if what she heard was reality or not...the voice kept ringing in her head "Hello mein Dev bol raha hoon..Maan kaha hai" many things were running in her mind...can that be him? How does he know Maan? what kind of relation does Maan have with him? Are they working together? No that can't happen...Maan can't be involved..She knew that this was the same kidnapper that broke into her home...she didn't knew what to do..who to turn too...

When Maan had came out of the bathroom and was walking back to the table...a fear struck him..he felt that something was wrong..when he got to the table...he saw Geet staring into space tears streaming down her face...he shook Geet and yelled "Geet are you ok"...he waited for her response..nothing came out of her mouth...only tears kept running... "Geet" he picked her up and shook her by her shoulders... "Geet what happend"
Geet: woh...kidnapper...
Maan: kidnapper?? did you see the kidnapper?
Geet: I heard his voice...your phone...(she fainted into his arm)

Maan got worried and carried her to the car and drove to the hospital...he was so worried for Geet...the whole way he kept on thinking what Geet meant...he looked at his phone...the only incoming call that he saw was Dev's while he was in the bathroom..what did Geet mean? Did she hear Dev's voice? Can he be related to the kidnapping? How? He needed to get answers fast before anything happens to Geet...he waited till Geet regained conscious again?
Maan: Geet what happend? Who did you hear at the cafe? you can trust me Geet..(places his hand on top of hers)
Geet: woh call on your cell phone...Dev
Maan shocked beyond beliefs, Dev??? can it be??? How???? Why??? he didn't beleive anyone anymore..if Geet was telling the truth about Dev then he needed to find out the answers fast..and hopefully find the real person that is keeping the girls...
Maan: Dev..is he the kidnapper Geet?
Geet nodded her head and began crying...Maan held into his arms.. "Geet don't worry..everything will be alright, if Dev is behind this then I will get you and other girls some justice..lets go home now Geet"

When they reached home...Maan told Geet to go to sleep and take some rest...Maan didn't tell Dadima about Dev being the kidnapper behind this..it might hurt her to know that the person she loves is actually a killer....he went to his office and called Adi and told him everything...they both decided to keep an eye on Dev and tap his phone...Maan needed to come up with a plan to trap Dev..he wanted Dev to confess...

He was so angry with himself..how could he not see it...what could lead for Dev to do this? Everything made so much sense now...the drugs which only a doctor could have access too...cleaning up the evidence...he needed to do something...the only person that he trusted from the department was Adi...he kept on looking at every evidence that he collected so far on the kidnapper...it was around 2 am when he heard a knock on his door...

Geet: Maan can I come in?
Maan: hmm yes Geet come in..you don't need to knock...
When Geet came in..she saw clippings of every newspaper that contained news of the kidnappings...in front of him was a white billboard that listed his notes that could possibly lead to the kidnapper...every little notes and clues were posted on his wall...
Geet: umm Maan
Maan: Geet you don't have to worry...if Dev is behind this we would get him...I came up with a plan which involves you...
Geet: A plan?
Maan: yes, I want to see something and hopefully it works and Geet you don't have to worry I am here with you...Do you trust me as a friend?
Geet looked at him: Yes, i trust you...
Maan: and besides am sure you can take him ms. punjaban
Geet smiled: Thank you Maan..so what is the plan?
