Spent a good few hours in the bookstore today only to find I didn't have my purse 😕 when i had finnally settled on 2 books. So now on my list i have :

Saraswati Park by a new author Anjali (something)
Breakfast with Tiffany
The King's Daughter by Christe Dickason
Shantaram by George David Roberts
and The Tea Rose by Jennifer Donnelly !

Saraswati Park ...isn't it the same book that was shortlisted for the Hindu best fiction award this year...

Hmmm..actually as of now, I just wanna finish reading ALL of Agatha Christie mysteries, since they always keep me hooked from the beginning till the end. In general, I mostly have mystery authors on my to-read list right now...planning to read Dr Jekyll and Mr. Hyde again, the physochological insight to a split personality in that novel is amazing. I came across this sentence from the book while surfing the net, and it has intrigued me to read the whole story again.

Realizing he will soon be Hyde forever, Jekyll leaves behind a testament; pointing out that while Jekyll often felt like a charlatan, Hyde felt like a "genuine man" years younger and far more energetic than his more "sociable" self. He also states in his final confession that although Hyde knew people recoiled from him, he did not care.
