Purva shares her bday plans

Purva (Alisha Sayyed) of Behenein on STAR Plus turns a year older today. We catch up with her to wish her on her special day and to find out her birthday plans. Here is what the birthday girl had to say.

Purva reveals, "I have asked for a day off and plan to visit Ajmer. I will book my ticket at the last minute because I am not sure if I will get leave. I may just end up at the shoot on my birthday". So what outfit is the actress planning to wear on her birthday? "I will be wearing a western outfit, a short frock. I have two options either the black one or a blue-green combo," she says excitedly.

Receiving gifts from loved ones is one of the most exciting part of a birthday. Speaking about the gifts she is expecting to receive Purva says: "I would like to get more substantial work and that would be the best gift. Yesterday I shot for Nachle Ve with Saroj Khan and that was the biggest birthday gift I have ever received. Besides that I am also expecting a special gift from a loved one".

Purva gets nostalgic as she recalls her most memorable birthday. "Last year my friends threw a surprise party for me and we had a complete blast. That has been my most memorable birthday till date".

Speaking about the significant changes in her life that happened in the past year the actress says: "I got the opportunity to work in a fabulous show like Behenein that is doing so well and it has given me fame and recognition. The show has definitely been the most important thing in my life in the past year".

Purva who is busy with preparations for her birthday signs off but not before leaving a message for fans. "Please keep loving and supporting me. Whatever I am today is because of your love".
