appreciation of songs played in LTL

I just could not stop myself from posting this.I simply loooooove the songs played in LTL.I appreciate the sheer brilliance of songs chosen.'Ambar pe milte hain'.....for me realization of love cannot be same again,I was speechless at this song,its lyrics,it could not have been more meaningful and beautiful.Then at anna's place 'Jana jogi de naal' by Kailash kher.It simply made that scene alive..Be it 'Mera dil bhi kitna pagal hai.( Sajan)..Or the song played when Dutta was drunk after truth revelation about his Dad( beautiful song though i dont know the details about it)
and the one that will be shown today....Tu meri zindagi hai from Aashiqui
I wanna give a standing ovation to the person who selects these songs.They are not very common songs ,soo i can appreciate the brainstorming and hard work that goes behind selecting an appropriate song for a scene

A song can make a scene poetic and make it so beautiful that the words may never do the same justice to it.
And the killer background music...Simply cannot get tunes out of my head..Love LTL for taking an extra effort in every department equally to give us this lyrical masterpiece of a show.

Yeah, i agree. The songs selection is vry appreciative. They undergo a lot of hardwork to select a song. And the results are brilliant. Eah song is different and i hav neva heard these songs played in any other show. Thats y we call LTL a unique show. Its different frm every other show in every aspect.👏

I agree with you! I love most of the songs they've played in the show. Ambar is a favorite. I've listened to it a thousand times after the Aug 2 episode.

i agree with you all.. they just select the apt songs... and that too ones that have never been used quite often on any other shows.

Rem the old Sangeet ceremony songs, Baaji singing Yeh Pyar Na Hoga Kam to Dutta[almost immediately after he had slapped him], Mein Kolhapur se Aayi Hoon,Jaane Kya Baat Hai, nd ofcourse, Laagi Tumse Mann Ki Lagan..The background scores are great too😊😊..

I second u, Song selection in LTL has been Great since the beginning .. it was "jaanay kya baat hai" the song selection that caught my attention while i was surfing channels.... I was amazed,.. but soon changed the channel again because of the mediocre girl singing the song ..

The songs played in ltl are very different, unusual and best suits the situation. It adds essence to the ongoing track.

Absolutely, they aren't afraid to pick up and showcase songs that aren't contemporary or new and I really appreciate it because that itself creates a special and unique mood for the setting/atmosphere of the show. Ambar Pe Milte was definitely my favourite so far, and others that I loved because they were so apt and beautifully applied to the characters' situations were Kaminey (brilliant picturizations), Madhno, So Gaya Yeh Jahaan and Jana Jogi De Naal.

yes whats good about LTL is they usually play melodious and soothing songs and somehow they are more suitable to the situations when compared to other serials.I dont know about others but i find these songs very calm and appealing than item numbers or over hip hop songs.
