good one J ....

it was not easy to digest the gobhi ka phool wala scene, especially her smile. it was not required.

and the hug. i was also thinking she would run inside the room and hug maan there. but i dont know what the cvs were thinking. but chalo, lets see what they have instore for us for tomorrow. only then i can comment on that.

its during the toughest hour that a smile, a laugh, a hug is most effective as a tonic. it helps you to refocus and re-energize to persist thru all the turmoil that is awaiting one around the corner ahead.

(a 14 month toddlers mom is told, we need to do further tests on your baby. with your permission we need to do a ct scan. the next instant that young mom is crying her heart out. a hug is what she needed to calm down. and then during the scan all she wants to do is tell about the funny things that her baby did and which makes everyone laugh with her. the dx was not good but mom was now focussed enough to accept and move forward about the options available.)

You have a point that when we are down, if we have some kind of a distraction it helps up in coping up with tragic things, but in this case Geet had not yet met Maan, she had only heard about the accident, so her mind will be restless till she gets a glimpse of him! EVERYTHING else should have become secondary.
As sksg pointed out, this scene would have made sense if she had already met Maan.

What to do? When I'm not moved by a scene, I revert to comedy.. to let out my frustrations! Anyways, for Intensely Comical Unit, one requires a comical post! 😉😆

Glad you liked it! One thing I like about this forum is we have members with such different, diverse thoughts. Some are pro Maan, some pro Geet, some romantic, some pragmatic, but we accept other POVs rationally. That's the real beauty.

Saw the SBB, SBS clips. Looks like the CVs thought of utilizing the get-well flowers from the well wishers onto the set!😉
I just hope Maan in his subconscious state had not arranged for those flowers! 😆
I hope/pray/guess they are get-well wishes from associates and other business men wishing Maan for a speedy recovery!!! CVs kuch toh logic lagana ...please!!
