i would vote for vinit,himani and nihira
as far as hema is concerned he is definitely technically very good but i have a feeling that his voice is not meant for bollywood<personal opinion>

i can assure you he will be successful in both Tollywood and Bollywood...time will tell for sure..

umm Vinit's voice is suited for a bollywood actor then ?!

I think Hemu's voice is suited for more contemporary actors.. Abhishek, John, Saif, Aamir Khan etc etc..

Nothing against Vinit's voice.. i think its great..but need a few years for it to crack completely !
