I fully agree with you Ginny and I say this from a real life perspective, not just a serial one. I am a mother, a daughter, a sister, a wife and a teacher and I will always stand up for right and never do wrong or harm to anyone intentionally or deliberately.
At the same time, how can I teach my children to be good and do right and it will follow them if I don't practise what I preach and condone their deliberate evil and wrong doing. I cannot side with wrong, and have paid consequences for it, but in the long run it is most definitely worth it and I would do it again. Are most of you saying that parents really want their children to be selfish and self -centred especially at the expense of innocent people and society? The results are very clear in real life. How do people live comfortably with those blots on their characters and souls, I will never understand.
Evil thrives when good people do nothing and it expands and feels justified when no one challenges it. So go Archu. Especially if we believe in an afterlife, including reincarnation, and a supreme being, we have to answer for what we do. My disappointment is in Archu's family for not seeming to know basic right from wrong, good from evil. To too many people, reel / serial life is what they learn, so if they learn it only takes one to stand up for right, then yay. I certainly do not want the message to people to be think only of yourself and your family, no one else or else's matters.
