The minute he heard the word increment , he immediately found a very good reson to go back ...and of course eye candy also is there .Ajit and other friends are there too ...

He knows Satish is desperate to make it up to him .....

Then he wants to keep in touch with Archu ...despite Jay's stern warning , he did not care two hoots ...within hours he was on his cell calling Archana and was not really happy when th cell got dis-connected .

He did not give any importance to Jaywant's threats this time ...

I think he just goes for what is good for him ...and to hell with the rest ...😆

I think Manav's reasons for going back were because he needs a job and because of Satish. Satish is an equal partner in that company and who personally came to apologize for his actions. For the time being I think Manav should continue to work there until he can find work elsewhere.
