dadi looked up at the stairs and saw both maan and geet coming down
dadi: lo!!!! aa gye dono

TOGETHER FOREVER
PART 10

Dev heard what dadi said and was about to look up when his cell phone rang
he picked it up and without looking up to see his to-be bhabhi, excused himself from dadi and went outside to talk privately

maan and geet came down the stairs
geet still looking down and maan by her side stealing glances at her

dadi: (thought) Khurana khandan ki bahu k leay geet looks perfect

both of them came to the dining table
geet greeted dadi and took her blessings then went and sat infront of her
maan not wanting to lose any oppertunity to be with geet sat down on her left side

maan: dadi shuru karay?
dadi: aik min maan. dev bahar gye hay apni call atend karnay unhay

anay dijeay phir akathay khana shuru karay gay

geet who was lost in her world of maan khurana came back to reality after hearing ane word she hated the most 'dev'
dadi had mentioned dev's name.... but why..... do they know dev

geet: dev??
maan: haan dev. mera chota bhai hay (looking at her curosity he asked) kyu? kya hua?
when geet heard that this dev was maan's brother she became relieved
geet: kuch nahi vaisay he pucha. aap nay kabhi unka naam nahi btaya na isleay...
maan: ok

maan got a text msg he read it, replied to it then said to dadi
maan: dadi maa dev hamaray sath dinner nahi kar paey ga
dadi: kyu? kya hua?
maan: dadimaa fikar na karay sab kuch theek hay
bus wo aik client nay desingns may thori modification ki thi tou us

pay Khurana Constructions ka approval chaheay tha tou may nay

dev ko bhej dia
dadi: hmmm.... maan lagta hay ajkal aap ka dheyaan kaam ki taraf nahi

balkay kahi aur he hay pehlay tou aap chotay chotay kaam k leay b

khud he office bhaag jaya kartay thay laikin lagta hay
k ab apka interest zyada kaam may nahi balkay geet pe hota hay

geet blushed on hearing this and felt bad at the same time that because of her maan was neglecting his office work
maan liked what dadi said but seeing geet being uncofortable said
maan: nahi dadi aisi koi baat nahi hay
wo dev dobara kaam pe wapis aya hay tou ussay b thori

responsibility laina chaheay
akhir uska bhi tou business may hissa hay

dadi understood why maan said that and asked nakul to serve food
geet: umm... dadi maa kya may khana paros sakti hu.... wo kya hay na

ghar may mein he sub ko khana parosti thi tou abi mujhay thora

ajeeb lag raha hay
dadi liked what geet said and let her serve food
geet first served dadi maa and then went to the other side to serve maan
dadi maa had started eating and kept her eyes on her plate because she knew about love and did not want to embarass them by seeing what they would do maan had been looking at geet and when she came to serve him the food, her closness still effected him
after serving maan she was about to go to her seat when something tugged on her saree pallu
she looked back and saw that maan was holding the pallu
she tried to make him let go but maan didnt leave it
she went back to him sat down besides his chair on the floor and kissed his hand
maan who wasnt expecting any such thing, was surprised
geet felt his grip had loosened, she took the pallu out of his hand smiled at him and sat on her seat
dadi who knew what was going on asked
dadi: geet beta kya hua tha?
geet: wo.... umm.... dadi maa wo saree ka pallu atak gya tha tou wo nikaal rahi thi
dadi smiled at her answer and started eating
geet glared at maan that because of him she had to lie to dadi maa
maan trying to avoid her eyes started eating and finished before geet and dadi
geet was eating toooo slow
dadi also finished her dinner and sat there admiring maan and geet's jodi
maan took geet's left hand in his under the table
geet was so shocked that she had almost dropped her spoon
after that she became concious that both the people at the table were looking at her
she could not eat properly
dadi felt that and excused herself saying that she remembered that she had to make an imprtant
phone call leaving behind the two love birds
geet left her spoon because she could not eat with maan sitting besides her holding her hand

maan: geet tum kha kyu nahi rahi
geet: mujhay bhook nahi hay
maan: tou phir yeh sab dala kyu tha agar khana nahi tha tou
just then maan heard a sound and at that geet became embarassed
maan: pait may choohay dor rahay hay aur tum keh rahi ho k tumhay

bhook nahi hay chalo khao ye
geet: nahi khana mujhay
maan: GEET!!
geet: MAAN!!!!!
maan: geet please aisa mutt karo jaldi say kha lo
geet: nahi mujhay nahi khana
she turned around facing the other side, her hand still in maan's
maan left her hand
at this she turned around to see that he was not on his chair
she felt a tap on her shoulder and turned around to see maan standing there with her plate in his hand
maan filled her spoon and took it to her mouth to eat
she was so touched at this
she opened her mouth as maan fed her
while maan was feeding her geet kept on looking in his eyes
her plate finished and maan went back to sit next to her
geet kept on looking at maan
maan looked at her and smiled then started to cut fruits for her
he placed the sliced fruits in front of her and asked her to eat
geet: please bus mujhay aur nahi khana aur fruits tou mujhay bilkul nahi

khanay
maan: geet zid matt karo aur yeh fruits khao
tum pregnant ho aur tumhay inki zarurat hay

a voice came from behind ''pregnnant???''

both maan and geet looked in the direction of that voice and saw savitri devi standing there
