Remix sequel in the making

It's time for STAR One to rejoice as the buzz doing the rounds is that the channel is planning a sequel to one of their popular shows, Remix.

The show focused on the lives of four teenagers - Tia Ahuja, Ranveer Sisodia, Anvesha Banerjee and Yuvraj Dev played by Shweta Gulati, Karan Wahi, Priya Wal and Raj Singh Arora.

A rather perplexed Wahi said, "Who informed you about this? I think rumours started floating after we won the Milestone Award (ITA) for the show. It was during that time when my producer had proposed the idea of its sequel. I have no update on the show after that."

Priya too was taken by surprise by the buzz and quipped, "I haven't been informed of any sequel. If they are planning to, then probably they aren't considering me. I would be very happy if the show is revived and makes a comeback. As of now I am committed to Pyaar Kii Yeh Ek Kahaani so don't think I would be able to do it."

An upfront Shweta flatly refuted the buzz and claimed, "It's not coming back and even if it is, I have no clue."

Producer Shrishti Arya of Rose Audio Visuals said, "I am not in a position to confirm or deny the news. I will be on the rooftop if this happens and will hope for all the support from kids and viewers."

With the maker herself refusing to comment, we can see light at the end of the tunnel. Waiting eagerly for the sequel to hit the air-waves.
