My favourite is pesto-chicken in brown bread

I prefer a tasty, yet healthy, sandwich for lunch. I usually go for something light like vegetable sandwiches. But my favourite is pesto-chicken in brown bread. Along with this, my meal includes a veggie salad: boiled and sauted vegetables, and a hint of herbs added in for flavour. I finish off with fresh fruits or a glass of fruit juice–this leaves me feeling full, yet light and easy. As told to Dipti Nagpaul
