India FM's Banaras Music review

They give it 2/5, I must say that I shocked by this. And WTH do they mean by this...

"As mentioned earlier, if you look forward to hearing some compositions by Reshammiya that are in complete contrast to what you have been hearing of him for around an year now, then 'Banaras – A Mystic Love Story' may just be the right pick. For an average listener, there are a couple of songs [Kitna Pyar Kartein Hain, Ishq Mein Dilko] in the beginning but rest of the tracks are mainly situational or of the type that would be appreciated mainly by students and followers of Indian classical music."

Is the reviewer on drug or what? They have given TDH and Gangster 3.5/5 and it does not make any sense that Banaras gets only 2/5. In no-where does the reviewer says that gaane bekaar hai etc, only thing is that songs are not your run of the mill HR type, so s/he decides that it is worthy of only 2/5.

I am not a HR fan (OK let's chuck off the diplomacy) - I am rather a HR basher (nothing personal - it's just fun 😉)

But I will give Banaras at least 4/5 - that's the best music composition by HR so far. 👍🏼 No - he didn't 'rockz' there - he composed real soul touching music.

Solid - the problem is these same 🤬 reviewer will give 'Chill Chill' 5/5 and after that we will blame the music director. Who is actually responsible for this bad stream of music in today's hindi movie songs?!!! 😡
