It really comes down to individual tastes and how he likes dressing. For some like scarf and some do not. And also it depends on kind of profession you are into and the background you come from. Some even do not wear anything. just a shirt and trousers. So in general we cannot really judge which suits a man best.

I find that both look good, but if a guy is wearing a scarf, there could be a chance that he's gay.

Well, It depends on how do you wanna look. Scarves gives you a cool dude type looks and ties gives you formal and gentleman looks.

Just because a guy is wearing a scarf does not make him gay, hasn't anyone heard of never judge a book by its cover? In my opinion If a guy is well built and he is wearing a scarf, I think they look dank and fit. 😎 But If a guy is wearing a tie (again well built and wearing it with a suit), he still would look dank but a very sexy business man. 🤣

I will say this depends on the guy's personality and what he wears it with. I think both look good but whatever is decided it should be teamed with the appropriate men's clothing.😛
