Well lets not forget that Mahavir also knows of Tausa's character. He did tell thausa the day he went to jail to give up his bad intentions and deeds. Not that Tausa listened to him at all instead he has become worse.

A wolf in sheep's clothing and Shyam and Jagya are both falling for his goodly acts.

guys dnt get ur hopes up on mahaepisodes..those are generally useless..5 min ke action ko 60 mins kheenchte hain bas..regular episodes are still better..nothing conclusive ever come out of mahaepisodes...
