I found today's episode somewhat unbelievable. So many loose ends, unreal atmosphere and characteristics.
Tappu could have gone secretly to her Nani. Even her mistaken pride has been taken to an extreme. A character like Tappu who is by nature spoilt and selfish and used to the good things in life would have forsaken her pride for comfort. And her Nani would have helped her.
To be so adamant about being on her own needs a lot of backbone and guts, a quality which the character of Tappu does not have except when it is to her benefit.
Then she goes out of the hotel and lands up in that strange place. Why??? Anybody who comes out of hotel and walks around aimlessly does not head for a place that is unsafe. Especially Tappu who would never have even known places like that exist.
Her hair looked like she had come from the hairdressers despite the heat, sleeping all night on a cement seat in a dusty area.
The maid with her backless blouse looked like she was going for a party and not to draw water.
How come in this serial we have never seen Tappu's friends to whom she could have gone to for help in these circumstances. Was the lack of friends intentional so that Tappu could land up in this chawl?
Admittedly this is fiction but somewhere, sometimes there needs to be some reality checks.
The character of Ichcha is back to her stiff upper lip and I fear will never change whereas Veer (for all his promises) continues to worry about her.
If the writers want to show Tappu needs to be punished do it in a realistic way and not by demeaning a character to this point which to me is unbelievable.
This serial needs to get moving and sorting out some issues and not keep showing the good, the bad, the sad and the impossible.
