Nakku is now fully recovered from her injuries and is getting ready for AS birthday party. She is wearing the red saree that dutta had selected for her when they went shopping. She feels relieved that from now on she doesn't need to wear her black make up and dutta has finally accepted her with her real face. She is examining herself for the last time in the mirror when dutta comes back from work…he is mesmerized with her innocent beauty …nakku turns around and smiles shyly but is surprised to see dutta examining her so closely from head to toe…she asks nervously "kya hua sahab kuch teekh nahin lag raha kya ?"

"nahin sab kuch theekh hai lekin ek kami (something is lacking) hai"

"kya kami sahab?" dutta walks upto her …takes a pinch of sindoor from the sindoor box , fills her maang (parting) and then kisses her forehead…"hmm ab koi kami nahin hai " says dutta leaving nakku all blushed.

"sahab jaldi se tyaar ho jaiye …party shuru hone wali hai…main aapke liye kaunse kapde nikaaloon?"

"wohi kala suit nikaal de …waise bhi kisi ne kaha hai main kale kapdon mein bahut achcha lagta hoon"

Nakku all happy moves towards duttas cupboard to take out the black suit when kala enters tashas bedroom. Dutta gives a questioning look to kala expecting her to give a suitable reason for coming to his room.

"bhau main jaanti hoon tu mujhse abhi tak naraaz hai…lekin main kya karti ? pehle bhi kayi baar tujhe dhokha khate hue dekh chuki hoon…isliye mujhe teri chinta (tension) rehti hai…main apni aankhon ke saamne kisiko tere bholepan (innocence) ka faida uthate hue nahin dekh sakti…yehi wajah (reason) hai ki kabhi kabhi main kadva (bitter) bol jaati hoon " dutta continues to look at her and puts his hands in his pockets.

"lekin aaj tujhe nakku ke saath khush dekhkar main sach mein bahut khush hoon…akhir (finally) tujhe ek sacha jeevan saathi (life partner) mil he gaya…ho sake toh mujhe maaf kardena…main aaj bhi tujhse utna he pyaar karti hoon jitna pehle karti thi" with crocodile tears in her eyes she takes out a packet and says "yeh pathani suit (kurta pyjama) main tere liye layi thi…agar aaj tune yeh pehna toh main samajh jaaongi ki tune mujhe maaf kar diya" and leaves from there.

Dutta takes a deep breath and looks at nakku who smilingly says "sahab aapko kala tai ke laye hue kapde he pehanne (wear) chaiye…unko bahut achcha lagega"

"par tu bhi toh kitne pyaar se mere liye yeh suit laayi thi"
"koi baat nahin …woh phir kabhi pehen lena …ab aur der (late) mat karo…jaldi se tayaar ho jao…main neeche jaati hoon"

"nakku ek bar AS se mil lena …woh tujhe yaad kar rahin thi" nakku nods and leaves for AS room.

AS s room is open and nakku is about to knock on the door when she finds AS talking to some one worriedly "aaj ke baad humein phone karke pareshan karne ki koi zaroorat nahin hai…samjhe" saying so AS keeps the receiver down and sees nakku standing at the door " arey nakku wahan kyun khadi ho…aao yahan hamare pass" nakku walks upto her . AS takes out a jewellery set for nakku "yeh humne apni bahu ke liye banvaya tha…zara humein pehenke dikha " nakku hesitates a bit…"arey nakku tera is ghar par aur is ghar ki har cheez par pura huq banta hai….aaj hamare janamdin par kya tu hamari itni si baat nahin manegi ?" nakku unable to refuse her wears the set.

Soon the party starts and dutta walks down wearing the kurta pyjama gifted by kala…on seeing this kala feels happy that her brother has again fallen for the trap. Everyone gathers around the table for the cake cutting ceremony except for nakku and babi who stand a little far away from the Patil family. Dutta noticing this gestures her to stand next to him but she indicates that she is fine here.

The party continues after the cake cutting ceremomy…dutta meets some of his close relatives then sits in a corner. Sethji with his plate full of cake is walking in duttas direction…his eyes not leaving the delicious cake sethji keeps walking blindly when dutta purposely moves his right leg forward as a result sethji trips …dutta prevents him from falling but his plate full of cake lands on duttas kurta.

"bhau sorry …pata nahin mera dhyaan kidhar tha…aapke saare kapde kharab hogaye"

"koi baat nahin sethji…main badal loonga…tu aur cake kha le jakar" says dutta smilingly and leaves to change.

The evil sisters see nakku all decked up and get jealous…kala calls out to nakku " arey nakku tu wahan kadi kadi (standing) kya kar rahi hai?..ja logon ko cake serve kar…naukrani nahin rahi toh kya hua…ab tu is ghar ki bahu hai…mehmano (guests) ka khyaal rakhna tera farz banta hai " nakku walks away silently to serve cake to the guests.

After some time dutta walks down in the black suit looking awesome. Kalas face drops down while baajis face lightens up and he whistles at dutta "kya bhau aaj toh aap ek dum woh kya kehte hain?"

"hot aur sexy"says dutta completing his sentence and looks at nakku who is standing behind baaji with the last plate of cake.

"sahi keh rahe ho bhau…main sochta hai main bhi yeh phool patton (flowery) wale kurte pehanane chod doon….in phoolon (flowers) ko paani de de kar maine inhe jhaad (bush) bana diya hai..isse pehle yeh ped (tree) bane …main sochta hoon main bhi aapki tarah suit pehanana shuru kar doon" saying so he leaves tasha alone to attend a call.

Nakku looks at dutta fondly and offers him the cake.

"tune khaya?"

"nahin ..aap kha lo main baad mein le legi" dutta picks up the last piece and holds it in front of her mouth…nakku opens her mouth and eats it.

"sahab ab aap kya khaoge?" some cream of the cake is left on her lower lip which dutta takes it on his finger and licks it naughtily. The 3 sisters see this from away and start fuming in anger..kala thinks something needs to be done as soon as possible.

AS calls nakku and asks her to go to the store room and get the boxes of sweets to be distributed to the guests on their departure. Nakku walks through the dark corridor for the store room when she feels that someone is following her. She turns around but is pushed against the wall and is unable to scream as soon her mouth also gets covered.
