Seriously..This Topic was needed..People are going crazzy over a silly Promo that hasent been seen by the Mjority!

Lol i dont get one thing...they just showed a promo! nothing in DMG has been shown yet for all we know her ghalti mite be not givin a patient their medicine n armaan was incharge too...why r u lot gettin so hyper over a promo!
